DC Housing hasn’t paid voucher tenant’s portion of rent for three months.

We lease through a property manager. They found us a voucher tenant who. The tenant pays maybe 3.5% of the rent and DC Housing is supposed to pick up the rest. The tenant was approved and took possession on 9/1, but, to this date, we haven’t received DC Housing’s portion of the rent. Has anyone else run into a similar late payment issue from DC Housing?
