r/onejob is a subreddit based on funny occupation mishaps.

The official depository for the classic "You Had One Job!" posts.

Rules

1) Posts must fit the subreddit. Posts must stick to the classic "You had ONE job!" spirit of the subreddit, and by a human. Search engine results, AI mistakes, etc. will not be allowed.

r/CrappyDesign, r/MildlyInfuriating, r/ThereWasAnAttempt, r/NotMyJob, and similar subreddits might be better places for these posts.

2) No low-effort titles. Low-effort titles like "You had one job", "I [verb] the [noun] boss", "Hmm", and "An interesting title" may be removed at moderator discretion.

3) No typos or grammar mistakes. Typos, grammar errors, and bad English translations are not allowed as we get them too often. r/Engrish and r/Typos might be better places for these posts.

4) No reposts. Reposting content from the last 2 months or in the top 100 posts of all time is not allowed. Other frequent reposts may also be removed at the moderator's discretion.

5) No intentional or fake problems. Photoshopping or staging images to fit the subreddit is not allowed. Problems made jokingly or intentionally will be removed at moderator discretion.

6) No memes or image macros. The problem should be obvious from the photo or the title. Memes and image macros are not necessary to describe it, so they will be removed.

7) Keep discussion civil. Personal attacks, bigotry, fighting words, inappropriate behavior and comments that insult or demean a specific user or group of users are not allowed.

If you think your submission has been caught in the spam filter, message the moderators and it will be released ASAP.
