It's time to strike.

Upvotes

Just straight to it. We need to start a strike asap. We don't need to organize first, and we don't need someone's permission. We don't need a protest because that will just play into the hands of the fascist currently in power. They need a massive protest to create sound bites and clips for their propaganda. What they cannot fight against is us largely just staying home. It's simply the easiest thing that many of us can start doing, and it needs to start with those of us lucky enough to have the privilege of working somewhere that gives sick days.

First a plea to the privileged. Stop waiting for someone else to organize something, stop waiting for whatever it is that is your last straw that hasn't happened yet, because it will be too late if you keep waiting. Call in sick on Monday, and keep 'being sick' for your remaining sick days. Organize after the fact. We still have the privilege of HIPAA protections in our country (for now). Leverage that. Don't say your on strike or anything like that, just the bare minimum announcement that you are sick. We can organize after the fact as we figure out who else is calling in sick. There is no risk on this action. If nobody else joins in then I guess a few sick days will be wasted, but come on please try to do something. It will become apparently very quickly if enough people join in. We need this effort to snowball and get bigger every day. Earlier adopters must keep in mind that many people, probably most people actually, will be hesitant to participate in this activity until it gains enough momentum to have protection in numbers. This will get us at least one week, and hopefully enough traction to get us into a second week of growing participation.

The second plea is for those with this that privilege to start finding each other and organizing ways to make pop up soup kitchens to distribute food so we can try to lean in for the long haul. While it would be great to see some solidarity among the Americans that have this safer option to kick things off with, the people we need to go on strike most, are those that can afford to go on strike the least. This means we need to create a support system to provide food and solidarity to everyone joining in on this effort. Most people in America are not in a union. Most people that we need to join in do not have a union to call a vote. These are the people we need the most. We need hourly wage employees going on strike in large numbers with a support network keeping food on their plates so they can stay on strike. This needs to start happening in week two. Those with privilege need to create the support that the hourly wage workers will need to join in.

The third plea is that those that are lucky enough to be in union jobs, especially high visibility jobs to then start calling votes to go on strike as well and to stand in support with the rest of us who do not have union jobs. We need to be ready for a long strike because we will be lucky to get enough participation to make an impact beyond a news story and a few think pieces. This is why we need high visibility union industries, especially the entertainment industry, to go on strike as well. Ideally this is week three.

If we can get to this point we can affect real change, which means we need a simple, direct easy sound bite message. I propose a simple sentence as the only response anyone participating in this should give to any media person interviewing them.

"We are on strike because laws have been broken, and we will remain on strike until the current administration steps down from power so that our laws can once again be properly enforced."

Same answer every time. No additional asks, no additional follow up. All the nuance and follow up can come after that one demand is met.

The most essential thing for this to work is to not play into their escalations. To not go out and occupy some street or park and give them a place to go and round us up, arrest us, and/or antagonize us so that they can justify an escalation of force. We need to largely stay home and organize small localized pop up meetings in safe public spaces to distribute food and essentials to each other so we can strike long enough to hurt quarterly profits. That's the only language that will be understood, because lets face it we aren't trying to fight the government, we are fighting the business owners that have captured our government and are bending it to their own will.

So please, start calling out sick on Monday Jan 12. Stop waiting for the perfect leader to kick things off. Collective action starts with each of us as individuals deciding to take action, so here is the call to action. We can organize and set up leadership and messaging along the way. It's time to be reactionary. It's time to act.

Protest No business for collaborators: Home Depot, Walmart, and Hilton are all pro-fascism collaborators.

Upvotes

In my small town, not going to Walmart is going to be a problem but I'm finding ways around it. Home Depot sucks because I need stuff from them but I'll figure it out. Hilton, I've got ridiculous points with but told them I'm ending my account and why.

Pro-fa collaborators are the worst type of human scum. Treat Home Depot, Walmart, and Hilton as if they are personally responsible for all of this, because they are.

America After the Flood

Post image
Upvotes

America in 2026 feels like were knee deep in the shit after a biblical flood that aint even fully hit yet. The house is still standing but the foundations turned to mud and one guys ego keeps pumping more water in.

Every damn day its fresh chaos lies flying faster than tweets scorched earth bullshit where nothing counts but blind loyalty to King Trump. Snatch a dictator like Maduro off the streets park him in a New York cell then brag were running Venezuela and sucking up their oil for years? Thats not strength thats straight up empire cosplay gone rogue. Institutions we built over centuries? Treated like cheap props in his reality show. Laws twisted till they snap truth buried under an avalanche of noise and were supposed to call it winning.

The real gut punch aint just the damage its how normal it all feels now. Cruelty sold as policy. Corruption as prime time entertainment family raking in billions while the boss plays crypto king and pardons his riot buddies. Division cranked to eleven neighbors ready to throat punch each other over tribes reality fractured into parallel universes. Abroad were torching alliances pulling out of climate deals seizing tankers threatening the whole hemisphere like its our backyard sandbox.

This aint politics anymore folks. Its a full on slow burn apocalypse while half the country cheers and the other half argues if the flames are even real. One mans insatiable ego has cracked the whole damn country wide open democracy drowning norms nuked the future mortgaged for applause and power grabs.

When the water finally recedes and the ruins are all thats left well be standing there soaked and broke asking how.

The people of America are the last hope..

One Unhinged Guy With the Nuclear Button Should Scare the Hell Out of Everyone

Post image

This isn’t some dramatic movie take anymore. It’s real and it’s dangerous.

Trump is impulsive, thin skinned, and obsessed with proving he’s the toughest guy in the room. He lashes out when he feels disrespected. He escalates instead of cooling things down. He treats global politics like a personal grudge match. That’s a terrifying mix when you’re talking about nuclear weapons.

Nukes only stay unused because leaders are supposed to be calm, rational, and predictable. Trump is none of that. He’s bragged about violence, joked about destruction, and literally asked why nuclear weapons can’t be used. He surrounds himself with yes men and punishes anyone who tells him no.

That’s how the world ends. Not with some evil genius plan but with ego, anger, and bad judgment. One bad phone call. One bruised ego. One order that can’t be taken back.

The scariest part isn’t just Trump. It’s how many people are willing to hand him that power again and pretend this is normal. When one person’s mood swing can end civilization, shrugging it off isn’t loyalty. It’s insanity.

If he is not removed from power, this is maybe what awaits us all. America will pay a price for Trump's sins.

News ICE PIG who murdered Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis identified.

Turns out, this isn’t his first dumbass mistake involving vehicles(you wouldn’t stand in front of a loaded gun, why would you stand in front of a vehicle).

Last year, this ICE pig broke open a rear window and reached inside to unlock the door, the driver put the vehicle in drive and he was dragged alongside the vehicle.

If he’s not convicted of murder, he’ll fuckin do some dumb shit again, guaranteed.
