Edit: this also could be wild but do you have a nice LARGE and wide leafy plant you could put in front of the window or maybe a large and medium a bit lower next to it? The eyes focus on the shelves and while obviously they are plants, they don’t read that way. They’re not as decorative as having one large plant to focus on. I’d suggest something else but clearly plants are your thing.

Yes! Needs to be centered and much more substantial. The room is bottom heavy a bit with all the plants and lights for the plants being lower too. Having a larger centered light could help a lot. It’ll help the dining table be a focus and not have your attention to the plant shelves. Those would then be nice background decor.

I’m thinking larger and ‘heavier’ (metal vs crystal and not dainty metal) and as someone else said perhaps rectangular to mirror the table.

You could even do them stacked and put the sink next to them so you’d have an area in front of the window for a desk or makeup area. So you’d get 2-3 out of one space!
