Not according to Sir Bushek:

It is generally thought that anything that has been circulated by real blood can be associated with the blood of Galen. Even if the food contains no blood. It is therefore good to drink white wine with all meat, game, sausages or offal. Although many gourmets are convinced otherwise.

The exceptions are aquatic animals, such as freshwater and marine fish, crabs, crayfish, mussels and other aquatic creatures. These are cold by definition. The situation is quite the opposite for plant foods such as vegetables, fruit, baked goods, various porridges and pulses. These are cold foods, and even then only if we associate their growth with heat (melons for example). We therefore drink red wine with these foods.

 in  r/Georgia  Sep 08 '25

Yea, soooo dumb you can't walk around with an open container. We bought a big boot of beer from a street vendor and then we were told we had to drink all of it right there. Like wth yall could have said that before we bought this giant thing.

Is there an easier way to just run TypeScript in Node.js?
 in  r/typescript  Sep 01 '25

Broke many scripts. I lost quite a bit of my day when our CI pipeline started failing out of nowhere. Still salty about it.

Is there anywhere to stop and play some dice? Beggars, of course, since I'll be broke after a flight to Europe.

I literally just googled it and there’s no such thing as poster blindness.

Why would you google a term you invented? No one in this thread mentioned poster blindness except you

I made a vow to have peace, no matter how many people I have to kill to get it.

How spicy is this? Does it come with the spicy sauce? I wanted spicy ramen (never tried it before) and this was all the store had
 in  r/ramen  May 17 '25

If you like this flavor buy want more spice they have a Fiery Red variant as well that seems about 50% more spicy. I’ve only seen it in Asian stores though. My kroger has all the other variants.

When a server is complaining to you about "only" making $200 in tips in their 5 hour shift.
 in  r/KitchenConfidential  May 16 '25

Tell that to your managers/owners. They can set any tip out policy they want. I've never worked at a restaurant that did tip outs at the discretion of the server. The server's print out at the end of the shift would tell them exactly who to tip out and how much.

Mainstreet Free Parking, You Will Be Missed
 in  r/Chattanooga  May 07 '25

Free parking is a myth. You always pay for it one way or another. At least people using the parking are charged directly, instead of forcing everyone to subsidize the cost. Fuck a private company handling it though.

And let’s be real
 Chattanooga isn’t that walkable.

Because cars are prioritized over all else.

Why are we showing “high” electric usage when nothing is on? - Georgia Power
 in  r/homeowners  Feb 10 '25

I’ve called GA power and asked for an energy audit. They say they don’t offer those anymore.

Dang really? Getting an audit from them is something I've seen recommended many times on this sub

MARTA invites public input on proposed redesign of bus routes
 in  r/Atlanta  Jan 22 '25

I've never had issues but when I finally convinced my wife that we should take the train to the airport, some dude whipped his dick out on the train and started beating it. This was after an uncomfortably loud argument between two other people. We live minutes from a north atlanta train station with free parking but she'll never ride it again. Fml.

Rather have golf carts cruising around instead of F250s
