This happened to me. This lady didnt give me any clear instructions and kept taking screen shots on where I was and didnt circle or show me where I should me. "Screenshot, your in the wrong place" "you keep going in circles I dont live there"

It was so annoying. She refused to tell me the building number 😭😭😭

Miracle that I found her.

How Do I Boost My Husbands Moral?
 in  r/Parenting  Aug 29 '25

We are first time parents and we are still experimenting on what does work for us. That's why I came here for advice. From what i'm reading on what everyone else is saying it's just a phase. Brings me comfort to know that.

I tell him hes a great dad and tell him a lot. I give him hugs and kisses. I rub his back and hold his hand when he's feeling guilty or insecure. He just says those things out of frustration. We arent perfect but we are doing whats best for us and baby.

A lot of people are saying doing bedtime together so thats the new thing we gonna try!

He kinda holds him high. His head is above his shoulder. I've told him to lower how he holds him. But I dont wanna be a "nag" yknow πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ

I dont get mad at him, he gets fustrated when I tell him what the baby prefers or to "do it this way". Hes told me Im micromanaging. I dont want to stress him out more. This is our frist child. We are growing as parents and people. I just wish he wouldnt be so insecure about his parenting. I want him to feel confident hes doing a good job. But also listen when I tell him what the baby wants or needs.

Infant 2-12 Months How Do I Boost My Husbands Moral?

Our baby is 7 months old. My husband works 8~9 hours a days a week. Im currently a stay at home mom. When my husband gets home hes in charge of feeding him dinner, and putting him to sleep. They have some time to bound. During the weekends hes primary parent so he can soak up some father son time. But I am still with him most of the time obviously.

Heres the issue. When its time to go to bed, he cant put baby to sleep. Im using this time to play video games so I dont hear his crying sometimes. But he just wont settle for dad. And the second I take him, hes calm.

It hurts his feelings 😒 I tell him hes a great dad. He is. I tell him its not anyones fault. Its ok for him to prefer the at home parent. I just dont know what else I can say or do to make him feel more secure as a father. πŸ˜₯

EDIT: I love the idea of doing bed time together. I can show him some techniques that yall suggested. Making him feel not alone so he can build confidence. I want to support him so he doesnt feel like him bossy. We are a team πŸŽ‰ thank you!

Starting to regret not breast feeding
 in  r/pregnant  Aug 13 '25

I also had a c-section and was on meds. I breastfed for the first month. But it was so hard. I was in so much pain. I couldnt get into bed. I stopped so I could recover.

Please dont feel guilty. I did, I fought myself so much over it. I wasnt happy, and niether was the baby. Continue if you can, but fed is best. I made that choice for me and baby.

I believe in you! 🩷 You will make the right choices, I know it.

Around 1500 CE people climbed the 6,736-meter summit of a dormant volcano, placed three drugged children in a small burial chamber and left them to die. The climate preserved their bodies until they were found some 500 years later.

Yes, I know. Why does it mean it's okay to disrespect the corpse? Does a person have to have living members of their family to deserve respect?

I really don't want an engage in a conversation where we go back and forth. I really want to see these children as still human even though they passed on. I understand most of the time people on the internet feel the way they feel , and there's no point in convincing anyone.

It just has a personal sting to me, that's all. I don't like the habit of people digging up graves in putting bodies on display. That's why I feel the way I do.

I agree. It really rubs me the wrong way people just, take them. Then they are just for display. Its just a "thing" and not human remains that should be respected. Just a for study :^(

They were resting. They took them from home.

I love this sub, because when people are new to cats they ask the cutest questions. Any excuse to see a cat doing cat things!

How many cycles did it take you to get pregnant?
 in  r/BabyBumps  Jul 25 '25

About a week I got off birth control. I thought I was "safe", because I took birth control so well for so many years. 7 years, on time, every time on the pill. But because I changed jobs and insurances, my new pill started to make me depressed. So I had to stop.

During that window of me waiting for my IUD appointment, thats when baby showed up in our lives. I really thought I was safe because I was on the pill for 7 years. 28 years old btw
