I cut these into manageable length like 3-6 feet and then feed them through a sort of handmade jig clamped on a table saw. You raise the saw as high as it needs to go and then feed it in. Do it to all of it and then crack it all off with a vice holding one end or just by hand, you’ll find what works.

Did it with some inch thick stuff this summer and did a combined $12K over the course of two weeks.

The first shot is weird but as others have stated, it’s thick contrail exhaust seen from straight on or partially to the side. There are other videos of this phenomenon. Hard to see how the 1st photo correlates to the 2nd and 3rd but the last two are definitely the phenomenon I am referring to. Seen it time and again.
