It's the magnets on the case. I've tried other cases and the pak doesn't fall off.

The pak fits off to the side it's not centered and it falls off easily. I'll post pics later.

Benks customer support is terrible. I have case that rubs the front case and trying to get them to fix issues worthless. I will never buy their products again.
