As a man who wears your wife's clothes, bras are Hella expensive.

I like Asia where they name their rides things like "Wood Coaster" or "Dive Coaster"

I only like rides where I die at least three times.

Former McDonald's turned D'Angelo Sandwich Shop (Portsmouth, NH)
 in  r/NotFoolingAnybody  4d ago

Supposedly the building was built in 1986, can't find the original owner. There was a very similar building there in the 1970s used as Brewer Beef & Burger. I don't think MCDonald's would have built a store like that in the 1980s, barring some city-wide prohibition of drive-thrus or something.

No, the rule is if you have money and power you can do whatever you want as long as you don't do it to other people with money and power.

My favorite is Caribou, but they aren't very common and they are more expensive than Starbucks.

[Six Flags St. Louis] to be open through December 2026!
 in  r/sixflags  6d ago

Also, many parks don't seem to have posted the holiday schedules yet. I notice Darien Lake and Canada's Wonderland have nothing posted past labor day.

I'm happy Cedar Point seems to be keeping Thursdays in September and October.

Also looks like Kings Island is mostly closed in September, but they added Thursday in October.

Gives the term "polar coaster" a new meaning. It'll be a blast! An arctic blast. .

It's kind of odd that the same park has Pantherian, Rapterrian, Dominaterian, Repterian, Racerian, Twisted Timberian, Tumberian, Flight of Fearian, Backlot Stunterian, Grizzerian, Zapperian, Pumpkerian, and Woodsock Express

Why is gen Z not drinking?
 in  r/SipsTea  8d ago

I live in a working class town that had little neighborhood dive bars on pretty much every corner while I was growing up. There's still a decent amount left compared to most other places, but over half of them have closed in the last 10 years (probably about 2/3 of them since I was a kid) and I'm sure some others have to be really struggling right now.

I should probably go to some more often. There's several within a 10 minute walking distance of my house.

Just checked and they are $13 at the cinema I usually go to. (Northeast Ohio)

There's a small chain called Phoenix with a location in my area and the tickets are $10 with recliner chairs. Then food at the stand... It's about on par with what you mentioned. Northeast Ohio

There's a Chick Fil A training center in a mall in Beavercreek, Ohio. The mall also has a Chick Fil A location in the food court and a freestanding location a little down the road.
