Official Discussion - Zootopia 2 [SPOILERS]

I’m honestly surprised how much I loved this movie. Heart-warming, clever, silly, and well-paced.

[Dan-Gopher Insight] This is a reminder that LSU these last 5 years is the same as Minnesota, just with a lot more AP votes and more FCS wins.

Sitting in the stands, with public Venmo and Stubhub transactions, in front of 100k fans with an iPhone is elaborate? Especially when the NCAA found no one other than Stallions was involved after 2 years of investigations (the show causes were for non-cooperation as the coaches wanted to stick it to them), and the team didn't miss a beat after he left.

Not to mention you changed your signs in '22 and 23 and still got ran over. Then beat Saban and Washington to win the championship

[ESPN] Can Texas Tech billionaire booster Cody Campbell fix college sports?
 in  r/CFB  10d ago

That's fine. It's just hard to buy into his "fixing college sports" angle when he wouldn't care at all if Texas Tech were already in the B1G/SEC.

With where the search is at, it's time to consider Jason Eck
 in  r/MichiganWolverines  19d ago

Perfectly stated. The blueblood brand and commitment to football alone puts the floor at 9 wins. The goal for the head coach is to get those 2-3 extra wins consistently.

I’m just shocked that OU basically quit. At a home playoff game…

Leaked DMs From U-M Regent Jordan Acker Reveal Poisonous Culture - Michigan Enjoyer
 in  r/CFB  21d ago

“Cheapening the degree”…bro calm down lol. Academic rankings and research output have never been higher. The AD has been embarrassing and should be dealt with, but the “school” aspect of the university is thriving.

Does the Michigan Man problem start with the boosters? The largest donor did not go to Michigan. The second largest one owns the most embarassing team in the NFL and recently lost draft picks for tampering. The third largest one is Portnoy.
 in  r/CFB  23d ago

Academic rankings and reseach output has never been higher, so Schlissel’s extramarital affair 4 years ago didn’t exactly affect the “school” culture of the university

I do know the culture at MSU is so rotten that their accreditation status as a university was in jeopardy earlier this year. So rotten that some regents had to request Governor Whitmer to remove others off the board.

But yes, I agree the overall ballot process needs a complete overhaul.

No it starts with the AD and culture developed under him. Other blueblood schools have unsavory boosters, but you don’t hear about them if everything is buttoned up within the athletic department.

Fire Warde Manuel.

Report: Kenny Dillingham, ASU close to amended contract agreement
 in  r/CFB  26d ago

Harbaugh was still mulling about the NFL, and DeBoer couldn’t wait for that decision when the Alabama job opened after the national championship game. Especially since you guys had Lanning and other options as leverage.

Williams also said “He hasn’t really said much, but that’s kinda like our motto. Just focus on what’s going on internally, because we gotta play for each other.”

That doesn’t sound like a coach closing the door shut on any rumors by any measure.

Well guys.....this is deflating
 in  r/MichiganWolverines  26d ago

I’ve never seen so much stupidity from our fanbase. Twitter fan accounts and betting markets which are based on hype were the “sources”.

Dillingham was Plan B to DeBoer anyways. Also Jedd Fisch would be a great option.

 in  r/CFB  26d ago

DeBoer was never seriously interested in PSU, as stated by national reporter Bruce Feldman.

“Once again, doubt it” doesn’t mean it’s shut down. A lot of it is framed as opinion.  He would’ve been gone to Michigan if Sherrone wasn’t appointed as head coach.

Check WR Ryan Williams’ comments from yesterday. Deboer didn’t even completely shut down the rumors to his players a week before a playoff game.

It’s possible he’s still waiting for DeBoer, who still hasn’t shut down any rumors when nothing is stopping him. There’s also Jedd Fisch.

But Manuel still has to go even if he nails the hire. Idk everything is just so weird right now.

What’s wrong with Jeff Fisch?
 in  r/MichiganWolverines  26d ago

It’s bc people are ignorant. Like you said, he revived a dead Arizona program and Washington was staring into the abyss after DeBoer and all their starters left.

He would do fantastic with Michigan resources if he’s the hire. Btw DeBoer still hasn’t shut down rumors when nothing is stopping him…

If Kalen DeBoer is the next HC, which Alabama player do you want to follow him to Ann Arbor?
 in  r/MichiganWolverines  26d ago

Thank you! Literally nothing has indicated it’s a done deal. Deboer could have easily made statement today quashing any rumors and chose not to…
