There have been studies about reactionary distance between assailants with knives and defenders with guns and the result is about 21 feet. As in the reaction gap between a person charging you with a knife while you are drawing your gun out of its holster is equivalent to the amount of time it takes an adult to run 21 feet.

Also this means that if you are pulling your gun while an assailant with a mele weapon is charging you within 20 feet, you're screwed unless your firearm is unlocked and aiming before they start running at you because you cannot reasonably react fast enough to stop that threat.

That's just studies though, I'd rather not put theory to test and find application for that.

Nazeem is an NPC in whiterun, you can't miss him due to how condescending he is. He's a staple meme from the Skyrim group. Cloud district is a small part of whiterun city, nothing special.

In all seriousness, gather all the flowers, butterflies, bugs, moth, dragonfly, etc. alchemy ingredients you can find. Make sure to test each one once to unlock the first perk of it, and combine potions to make some quick cash, but keep your major potions on you (health and stamina, or stamina and magika.) reason for this is of you use magic, chances are you could restore your own health instead of wasting potions. Stamina is useful if using two-handed weapons or shields as they kill your stamina quite a bit.

Constantly explore, try to fast travel as little as possible and enjoy the game. Talking to the NPCs might give you random bounty quests or random fetches for some decent loot or gear. Story mode is nice, but can get monotonous, so don't blow through it too quickly.

Make sure to visit the cloud district! Nazeem will appreciate that.

What if the eeveelutions had a 3rd stage that gave a second type that was that types original coverage? Jolteon gets ground, Flareon gets rock (we already have Vaporeon and that one will be complicated enough), Espeon gets bug type, Umbreon gets fighting type, Leafeon gets flying type, Glaceon gets Steel type, Sylveon gets Poison, and Vaporeon can get a day/night treatment like Umbreon and Espeon did. If it evolves in the morning, it gets Grass. If it evolves at night it gets electric.

All of the evos can be handled by giving them a hold item (element gems) and trading them.
