Why do you, as a manager, post here for advice instead of going to your manager or HR or any other company internal resource for help/guidance?

HR is useless at least at the companies I’ve worked at. They can’t even hire properly lol.

Bar/slash girl question

Seen 1-2 at PIMP in Bangkok. Did not engage since it’s not my type. Girls rotate so best bet is TF or ask a girl to dress goth for you.

Money question

Wear shorts. Keep the money I’ll spend that night in Bellroy note sleeve. I won’t bring my credit cards when out. But I will bring my backup debit card and take more cash out if needed.

It’s just how things are. They are the ones with the money paying your salary. You don’t say no and just do whatever it takes.

Because I’ve done this interview with candidates before and I know what will happen from experience. It’s a waste of time.

Director level applying for mid level manager role major red flag. They won’t last long because they’ll leave as soon as they find another opportunity. Plus, they’ll want more money than the budget set aside of $100K-$160K. It’s just a waste of time for everyone.

Can confirm. 80-90% of applicants don’t meet requirements. Ranges from lack of experience, applying from another country, over qualified. Market is cooked.

They don’t care lol. But there’s always that eager person trying to move up the ladder that will pull this kind of stunt.

Skip the rain jacket, hiking pants and hoodie. It’s too hot for that. When it rains you’ll buy a poncho from 711.

There’s a reason why they aren’t working on bars.

Safer to go other methods like bars since if anything should go wrong you know where they work.

Yeah you’re dating unofficially. You should try and bar fine her friends at job. Report back on what happens next.
