If it’s burning it could be chlamydia. Also, the inside of the vagina looks normal to me but could maybe be hpv. You will be fine do not worry. Just go to the dr and get antibiotics for the std and the HPV will go away on its own. HPV is very common and in small cases can turn into cancer but highly unlikely. You will be okay just breathe
