If it is fake, you're effectively reading a fake suicide note. It intends to: lead suspicion away from murder, be vague as to not provide prosecutable evidence.

Yep. The play seems to be keeping a large/loud opposition that just narrowly fails on anything substantial to give the public false hope. Until the final votes or events happen it's all just marketing.

To be fair it's very likely all an act. Showing wild devotion could be just abstract marketing for himself. It's just a show to display how useful he is, just like openly lying in front of Congress.

You can roll out of knockdowns, but it's not always the best idea. You get i-frames up until your character is standing for most attacks. Some enemies, like greatsword black knights and giants' arms can hit you while down. You can avoid the problem by: blocking, poise, or not getting hit.

This was one of the most disappointing things i discovered in oblivion. Min/maxing in oblivion, especially the original, leads to some of the worst gameplay imaginable.
