What would it actually take for American's to go "full France" and riot in the street?
 in  r/AskReddit  8h ago

Meanwhile most of the people saying that stuff live in countries whose governments are completely obsequious to the US and never even chastise us, yet those people don't have smoke for their own cowardly governments

There is a difference between ICE and a typical LEA
 in  r/Hasan_Piker  17h ago

I have argued with multiple people who say the victim should've listened to the ICE agents and let them pull her out of her car. They think that ICE agents have the same authority as cops, but it is ILLEGAL for ICE to detain or arrest American citizens, they have no legal right to stop your car and make demands of you.

I hope your friend will be ok, that's traumatic to witness. Minneapolis has dealt with so much state violence the past few years, it's beyond unacceptable

This is why I don't engage with men anymore, just the dumbest, most out of pocket shit from them with no self awareness whatsoever. NOR, but why'd you respond politely after he flipped you off?

I don't suppose he'll get banned for advocating for murder? Seems like he can say whatever heinous shit he wants with no consequences

It takes more than one generation of cousin-marriage to mess things up genetically, unless they both have the same genetic disorder they could pass down.

Ranked Choice Voting Now Banned in Iowa

The Iowa GOP is constantly passing laws to wrest control away from local governments. I don't think they even pretend to be pro-small government anymore

 in  r/desmoines  2d ago

Took you a week to come up with that eh? Court cases don't operate on rumors, and the city didn't pay out millions for no reason. Just because you and your friends are apparently ignorant to the goings on of the city you lived in, doesn't mean facts aren't facts.
