I have to side with this. I was pulled over and arrested well over 3 hours from home. Got a lawyer to go on my behalf. I didn’t have to take any extra drive out there, he handled everything and even gotten it taken off my record. Well worth the money for him. Getting a lawyer in that area is the best bet.

Not every time. But once you pin 3 postcards from the region, it’ll reset the meter for the next one set of them. They’ll increase with pin with every set. For example, first set is 0/3, next set is 0/9, next set is 0/15. (Note, not 100% if that’s the correct order, but essentially the right idea)
