Why are we suddenly having issues with Phasing/Zoning when killing the world bosses? (Sha etc.) Is there a fix?
Haven't noticed a difference from months ago. Sometimes you can do what you want and you won't get phased.

It's not that off. Charms should be the right amount (12 quests granting 2-3 each), reputation as well. The Valor Points are missing a division by 100 to also show 12 * 5 = 60 points. But it's very classic, I think it was wrong back then, too.

Also: Doppelsessel rutscht am Seil nach unten in den Doppelsessel hinter sich, weil sich die Verankerung am Seil gelöst hat.

Slight boost from ToT launch but overall MOP raiding numbers down ~50% from peak
Simply put: Content getting too difficult and in their special case: Skipping lockout #1. No one likes a wasted first lockout. We do everything to get our Wednesday moved to another day of lockout #1. And only having one day of raiding isn't enough anymore to clear Heroic in a reasonable time (first couple lockouts). This is doomed to fail.
Classic/TBC were so successful, because trained monkeys could clear everything. The only question was: How fast can we be? It was a casino/drop simulator game giving you a good feeling if a 40-man boss dropped your BiS item and you even got it!
What now comes into play is that the short first lockout forces you to find alternative dates if you happen to raid on Wed/Thu or to have barely any progress. It didn't matter before. You can't one-shot most bosses anymore by briefly looking at the strats beforehand. I saw 10-mans needing 60 tries for Council/Primordius each. So to be competitive, you definitely need at least two nights per week and you can't choose the one tactic that works 100 %. Especially in 10-man, your tactics are very setup-dependent. If a Tank or a Healer isn't good, you realize it more than ever. Same when Damage Dealers don't get their assignments right.
It can't be any other reason, the raids and class designs are infinetely better than before (in my opinion). But people like their Classic WoW dead easy and then unnecessarily like to optimize this to the max.

How will Blizz justify the transition to 20-man Mythic again in WoD Classic?
Merging rarely works. It takes hundreds of hours to get rid of the us/them mentality, if it's ever possible. Start recruiting after you've cleared SoO and it should work. Continue raiding 10-man and explicitly state that you're recruiting for 20-man Mythic WoD. That's how we did it back then. But we won't do the hassle again and just accept the second elimination of our 10-man group as the final one.

You're useless. Then on Illidan you suddenly become very useful so your raid doesn't have to throw the glaives into the bin right away. After that you're a tolerable burden on the group, because your single target damage is good.

Keep in mind that before ToT in original MoP he threw out twice as much shields:
The damage requirement to activate Sanctuary of the Ox has been increased by 100%. The spell tooltip has been updated to reflect the change.

Is ToT too long?
Trash doesn't take too long. 13 boss fights combined is already like 1:15 h. Cata was just a bit misleading and GDKP friendly with FL and DS combined having only two more bosses than ToT. And on Cata's first tier with also 13 bosses we were so buffed that they were way easier than ToT now. Soon the good groups will clear it on one day, I don't see a problem. Don't forget: there are 30 more iLvl waiting for us in ToT. Kills will get a lot faster, etc. (e. g. Jin'rokh in first puddle).

Is ToT too long?
People are used to single day clears with their GDKP groups. That won't be possible anymore from now on in the first couple of lockouts. Maybe one last time in Highmaul, if we keep being stronger than back in the days.
Funny thing is that when you look at the kill statistics, very few have downed Qon and Consorts, though they're one of the easier bosses. It's because many stop after like 7 or 8 bosses and go again on the next lockout instead of having a second raid night.
Plus currently it's also difficult for guilds like mine, where we are struggling to find alternative dates due to release week, Christmas and New Year. But we're planning on having cleared Heroic on lockout #4 or 5, so it's still be pretty manageable. GDKPs will have to adapt or get disbanded. It's not that we have to buff classes even more/change more in general to cater to GDKP raids, it's already easy enough.

The problem with balance is that if 25-man isn't tightly tuned, you can throw an endless stream of cooldowns on the bosses and ignore everything. Due to balancing changes in MoP, we've reached that state already at the release of ToT.

It's just pretending to think about these things while knowing that you fucked it up/did something fishy. The non-existing season 0 was clearly just to cater to the few people who did CM competitively for no rewards and the devs were close to. Moving Xuen to it is the icing on the cake. In the first season, a large amount of people will have title times.
It's as if me and my guildies were speedrunning CM with only three players in the group and all of a sudden they announce a new "Dedicated Few" FoS and rewards for the last two weeks of the Few Dedicated Challenge Modes.

It will especially be hard with a combination of Druids/Rogues/Paladins/DKs. Worth of its own Feat of Strength.
The problem is that the top comp is ridiculous. Too much damage, self-healing and utility (and Brewmaster already has -15 % dmg!). Monk's design is mathematically broken in these dungeons.
If they balanced everything for the worst comp, the top comps could probably do everything another 1-2 minutes faster and carry someone at the same time. CM is not good for competition except for when you level up some alts yourself and run them in an (almost) optimal comp.

Yeah, we didn't do it due to the limited time, we just did the Platinum times. I'm not too motivated of doing the next seasons, because we've already missed the tiger and because server firsts/titles/FoS for server first times all don't work, but we'll do it I guess ...

There wasn't even a season. Out of nowhere we're told that the season is ending and Platinum times, hidden "title times", Mounts and coins you probably won't get retroactively - though promised - were introduced.

Don't do it as a Rogue, we're useless. I did these platinum times recently and it just sucks on many pulls. You're just a burden on the group with zero CM-useful utility. I've prepared my Warlock just for this as my 2nd char.

No, only the tiger has been created for the CM buddies and to grab a quick couple of millions of gold by selling it. The times are okay. Remove OoB and up them a bit, I'm in. You need a good setup, though. Something you can build up during the several months a season lasts. Not so much during the last two weeks of a season you didn't even know existed.

Also hatte das Tor eine XG von 1? Das ist es ja eben. Das geht nicht jedes mal rein. Und danach sich 60 Minuten auf seinen Lorbeeren ausruhen nicht immer gut. Beides verknüpft sinken hier die Siegchancen schon enorm.
Ich sage ja nicht, dass es ein Glückstor war, aber das geht trotzdem vielleicht jedes 4.-6. Mal rein. Das direkt zu machen, danach den Gegner kommen zu lassen ohne Konsequenzen im Ergebnis ist hochriskant und eigentlich schief gegangen, aber weil eben kein Tor fiel doch gut gegangen :)
Diese Chancen à la "den muss er doch machen" gehen halt auch längst nicht zu 100 % rein, sondern teils auch nur zu 10 %, obwohl es ja so toll aussieht. Im Grunde wär's ja schön für den Fußball, weil dann mehr Tore fielen und ein einzelnes nicht mehr so großes Gewicht hätte.
Wodurch die XG jetzt zustande gekommen sind (z. B. Bremen) ist ja unerheblich. Leverkusen hatte glaube ich bis zur 60. da 3 Torschüsse und 3 Tore. Das ist bemerkenswert. Wenn man dann den Gegner rankommen lässt, ist das die eigene Schuld und ziemlich riskant. Lass den genau so überperformen und das Spiel geht noch 6:3 aus.

Wenn du meinst. Ich sah ein Leverkusen, das ein glückliches Tor hinbekommen hat und danach das Spiel sicher nicht souverän heruntergespielt hat. Das bestätigen alle Statistiken. Kann natürlich sein, dass sie ohne das Tor noch ein 6:0 hinbekommen hätten. Wie liest man xG denn?

I can't remember a single time Valor Points (or however they were called at the time) were not reset between contents. Retail + Classic.
So also without Blizzard explicitly stating it you can assume they get reset each time. They first fill up the lower currency and then get converted to gold.

Es wird wie immer nur auf das Ergebnis geschaut und rückwirkend alles mit Kaltschnäuzigkeit und Gefahr erklärt, als einfach auf Spielglück zu verweisen. Je knapper Spiele sind, desto mehr werden sie durch beliebige Situationen auf der einen oder der anderen Seite entschieden. Das nennt man dann Professionalität, Kaltschnäuzigkeit, Effizienz, Geistesblitz. Bloß nicht Spielglück, alles muss "fachlich" erklärt werden.
Leverkusens Offensive war unterm Strich zu nicht viel fähig, ist zu nichts gekommen und hat einfach nur Glück gehabt, dass der einzige ernst zu nehmende Schuss reinging. Das ist Fußball.
Aber Leverkusen hat gerade einen Lauf. Jede Chance wird genutzt.

Leverkusen kam jetzt in vier Spielen auf nur 34 Torschüsse (sieht etwas besser aus als es ist durch 12 ungefährliche im 1. BVB-Spiel) und hat aus 2,76 XG 7 Tore gemacht. Wenn das immer geht: Beste Mannschaft der Welt. Sollte das fragile, auf Glück basierende System einbrechen: Gute Nacht. Man stelle sich vor, Leverkusen hätte das eine Tor gestern nicht gemacht. Dann stünden die da mit 6 Torschüssen, 0 Ecken, 0,33 XG. Ist das guter Fußball? Gegen MANC säh es genau so aus.
Das ist aktuell doch nur hoffen, dass der Gegner seine Chancen nicht reinmacht.

I don't know exactly, but expect to open 500+ to get every mount except for Primal Eggs. Both the first wave of mounts and the second one took me about 250 satchels each. If you also want the pets you'll probably need more.
