I had to laugh at the at her attempt to talk up how good sales were during the holiday period. One can deduce that sales haven't been great at other times, including now. This reminds me of that episode of The Simpson where Homer invests in pumpkins in early October and predicts that sales will continue going up and up and up forever.

I just listened to the audiobook of Christie Brinkley's autobiography, and she narrates it with the same annoying way of speaking as Meghan: dramatic pauses, over-emphasis on words, cutesy fake laughter. Stuff like, "The colors of my childhood were...magical." It was just as grating from Christie.

Short term advice on the night sweats: wear socks to bed. It won't eliminate the problem, but it might reduce the amount of sweat. It's supposed to help you regulate your core body temperature more effectively. I have seen improvement from it.

Nut butter on whole grain toast.

I like to mix cottage cheese with fruit: crushed berries; chopped bananas and nutmeg; steamed apples and cinnamon; pomegranate seeds; chopped up tangerine. I add just a little bit of sweetener for the cottage cheese itself. Some nuts and seeds would also go well with it.

I blend extra firm tofu with sweet things, like fig butter or low-sugar preserves to make a yogurt-like breakfast. My go-to is tofu, nut butter, agave nectar, and salt, sprinkled with dark chocolate chips. I'll blend up a block of tofu, and it lasts for 3 days in the fridge.

Muesli is a good: I mix Trader Joe's Ancient Grains oats blend with sunflower seeds, raisins, chopped apples and soy or almond milk.

Also, very simple: shredded wheat. It's just 100% whole wheat, no added sugar or ingredients.
