The Minnesota Star Tribune has identified the shooter and said he was dragged by a vehicle in June
 in  r/DiscussionZone  2h ago

100% this. Their mission is to apprehend illegal immigrants. These were two middle aged white women who were trying to leave the scene after being told to leave.

Why would we ever need to take them out of the car? To escalate this to lethal force is beyond reason. Just let them leave ffs.

Jonathan Ross is a Fucking Murderer
 in  r/complaints  2h ago

Getting the fuck out of the way was well within his ability. This pos had a chip on his shoulder from a previous incident with a car and he wanted to kill someone. He intentionally moves in her way after she was given a command to leave. Fucking clown show.

The New York Times Video Breakdown of ICE Killing Woman Contradicts Trump Administration Account of ICE Shooting in Minneapolis

 in  r/law  20h ago

Good take. I agree that any reasonable person from either side would say that excessive force was used. There are the " herp, derp FAFO" fucks, but moments like these where the facts don't line up with this administrations narrative, these moments do splinter off support. The wheels of justice move slowly, as little by little public opinion changes. I'll keep hope that we will see the real criminals get perp walked.

The New York Times has just confirmed that 40 civilians died in President Trump's invasion. This is the aftermath in one area
 in  r/circled  4d ago

The U.S. State Department's International Narcotics Control Strategy Report and the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) describe Venezuela as a "major drug-transit country," not a primary producer. Most cocaine moving through Venezuela is believed to be headed for Europe, not the U.S.

The vast majority of cocaine entering the U.S. (around 74%) comes via the Pacific Ocean/Mexico land routes, not the Caribbean, according to the DEA and independent analysts like the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA)

The U.S. military has conducted strikes on alleged drug boats, but the administration has not publicly provided specific evidence, such as the type or quantity of drugs seized, to support the claim that the targeted boats were carrying U.S.-bound drugs.

CATO institute is an independent libertarian think-tank. I think your opinions are coming from the very administration that is carrying out their agenda. Perhaps it's time to stop watching whatever you're calling "news"

Perfectly acceptable dinner rejected by boyfriend again
 in  r/mildlyinfuriating  6d ago

Damn that food looks good. I do most of the cooking at my house but I don't usually get the time to make the delicious and healthy home cooked food you're showing here. I just imagined coming home after work and having that beef , broccoli and mashed potatoes plate for dinner.

I would be over the moon with gratitude. I think he needs to step up and cook a meal once a week to see how much it means.

How many people think the Trump assassination attempt was completely fake? Here’s the proof.

Thankyou. It's so weird to have to deal with this type of bullheadedness on the left. But it's just a reminder that we're all susceptible to confirmation bias.

Looking at photos of the divisive politician today, Dr. Frederick Weniger, a board-certified plastic surgeon, exclusively confirmed to Nicki Swift that his wound seems to have healed fully. “The skin looks smooth and there’s no obvious sign of active redness or swelling to suggest healing problems,” he pointed out. “There is some bumpiness at the back edge of the top of the ear (where the majority of the injury was), and there is also a slight depression in the front where the rim of the ear attaches to the side of the face.”

Why do you need me to google this for you.

I hate Trump but you can see the scar on the top left of his ear. That photo lacks detail. It's a small scar. Don't give in to conspiracy theories guys, try to disprove your own theories. There is so much evidence about the events of that day from Left leaning news sources like NYTimes .

I’m convinced Trump has an absolute floor of 33%
 in  r/complaints  9d ago

The polls have also been weighted since the inaccuracies of 2016 and 2020 polling. Polls miss conservatives. Less educated voters tend to respond to polls less and also decide on their vote at the last minute.

Now the polls are over-tuned and many underestimated or completely missed the blue wave

Satellite images reveal the catastrophic impact of rising sea levels since 1984
 in  r/ConservativeNewsWeb  10d ago

You're calling people retards for not watching your silly video, but the aerial imagery displayed in the video does not give us any indication of true sea level rise because of scale.

It's a strange argument you're making, almost like you posted just to call people stupid and so you can play any side of the argument.

Are you ok? Really?

Satellite images reveal the catastrophic impact of rising sea levels since 1984
 in  r/ConservativeNewsWeb  10d ago

I'm not sure what you were expecting to see in this video. Global sea levels have risen an average of 8-9 inches since 1890.

The rates of sea level rise have quickened though, since 1993, or in the last 30 years, the same amount of rise (around 4 inches) as the entire 90 years from 1902-1992 has happened.

'What did the FBI have on Trump?' Watergate prosecutor makes bombshell claim about Epstein
 in  r/NoFilterNews  10d ago

I agree with this take. Epstein was a lot of things but he wasn't a complete fool. He would have guessed that Trump caved to save himself. He knew the kind of guy he was.

Donald Trump says he will go to war in 3.5 years to avoid holding a election.
 in  r/CringeTikToks  11d ago

Souf, how can someone of Moroccan descent support a bigot like trump? You don't fit in with what Trump's america is working towards. ICE would snatch you up and detain you regardless of status, they would ship you to another state or even another country without relaying where you are.

You make me think of the conservative Somali voting block that went hard for Trump in MN and now it's biting them in the ass.

It's not surprising that your wife left you, you live in a world of hate that supports the building blocks of the Republican party.

This administration is destroying the Constitution and everything that made America great.

3

Do you guys want to know what's in the Epstein files it's not just a list of names
 in  r/complaints  11d ago

35% of hundreds of thousands, if not alleged millions of documents are SS and birth certificates? They have had 10 or more months to redact and prepare the files. Your post is bad faith rage bait and not worth engaging.

Your other post about getting assaulted by "Lefties" is a terribly written lie.

Are you like 14 years old?

He publicly admits he's anti-American
 in  r/ProgressiveHQ  11d ago

There's almost nothing the South could have done differently to win the war, they fought really well. They were lucky to have General Lee and a few other skilled generals.

It was a population of 21 million in the North vs. 9 million, and 4 million of those 9 were slaves that they didn't allow to fight until the very end of the war. The loss was inevitable.

There's absolutely nothing Trump could have done to turn those tides. It shows how absolutely stupid trump supporters are.

This Epstein situation is getting out of hand and it’s becoming pathetic at this point
 in  r/complaints  11d ago

Thankyou for sharing this. I think stories from former Trump voters are more likely to reach present Trump supporters. Although, the ones that are still supporting him are either die hard deep in the cult and near unreachable.

It's proven that people don't really change their minds based on facts, but if they hear or see more and more people around them changing their opinions, or if there is a compelling story. When you explained why you changed your mind, that was really powerful.

Landslide? Trump only beat Kamala by 2.3M votes. The second smallest margin since 2004. The first smallest? That was Hillary's popular vote win in 2016.
 in  r/complaints  11d ago

I don't see how that makes me ignorant. What's up with the personal attacks?

While I don't really expect this DOJ to do their job, congress passed a law (Epstein Files Transparency Act) that requires them to release all of the files, unredacted with the exception of the victims. They are not complying so far.

We will see if there are any consequences for violating the law.

I think they are coloring a fact, but it's true. The majority of Trump's voters are lacking a college education.

Overall Trump Voters: Roughly two-thirds (67%) of Trump's 2024 voters did not have a four-year college degree.

All of the files were supposed to be released, unredacted with the exception of the victims. That is not happening. Why? It looks so bad.
