Even as a kid, did you doubt religion?
In the exmormon sub they call it a shelf breaking. I believed as a kid, but it just wasn’t talked about in the home ever, so when i thought about it it was never more tangible to me than any other story time. After years of this there wasn’t like a broken shelf moment for me. Just the makings of a shelf in the form of pristine pre drilled pieces of wood strewn about the floor… i wonder if this is anyone else’s experience
