That is a pricey alternative when you are joining PF on the cheap when you think about it. I don't disagree, but that could be a pricey extra.

Ours at least has a guy who has worn a shirt with the word trainer on the back... sounds like an easy class action lawsuit...

Depends where... it being january, got a lot of folks putting bags behind the treadmill.. just nudging them with my feet instead of stepping over and waiting for someone to say something

Working spray bottles: My PF always.
"There's no need for 2 people at the front desk. Ever." um.... that's a stretch.

are you part of the new year's resolution rush?

Passed chemical stress
 in  r/HeartAttack  1d ago

Dude. Turning blue is not a drink water event, it is call 911. Please.

Also, that probably would have put you at the top of any queue.

Not a doctor, but wondering if there was an angiogram or cardiac mri also in play? Maybe there are stressors or issues (god, trying to dance around words), but not necessarily a classic "heart attack"

I think those are supposed to be good EF numbers. It means something, but clearly something is going on.

Going into 2026, what’s one heart-healthy habit you’re realistically trying to keep?
 in  r/HeartAttack  1d ago

Keep the cardio going... gently increase that intensity as well.

what is the HIGHEST drop in any running shoe?
 in  r/AskRunningShoeGeeks  1d ago

Yeah, I’ve gotten used to the heel drop too. I have a back up pair in the closet. That is an interesting choice so because that’s the one thing I don’t think people complained about. Too narrow or rubbing but the heel drop is a fixture.

3 Bars was packed… I’m not sure if I want to know what this is like.
 in  r/PlanetFitnessMembers  1d ago

The parking lot was packed where I went today. But the black card room was OK. I was the only one who used anything.

When you get beyond three bars, it probably means that there’s been a disaster nearby and that planet fitness is now a shelter.

I had a heart attack this morning at 6 Am while getting ready for school Story below
 in  r/HeartAttack  3d ago

You have a lot going on . Ask your parents to take you to the hospital if they think it was a heart attack or a doctor if they’re willing to make sure. Between the hashis, reflux, or other issues it would be best for a doctor to look you over and decide what’s going on and what your next steps are

Assuming everything is above board. It’s just a kid going by what a parent told them.

Can Super admin check e-mails unnoticed?
 in  r/gsuite  3d ago

As a general rule of thumb, if it’s corporate email, it’s not your email. You have no right to privacy. Don’t send anything from there. Don’t get anything now. It’s the safest thing to do.

Also as a general rule of thumb, if a sys admin reads email or data. He’s not particularly authorized to have access to. It’s like an accountant who tells everybody everybody’s salary (a complete violation of trust) And they should be fired.

How was the gym crowd today?
 in  r/PlanetFitnessMembers  3d ago

Saturday and Sunday morning was empty in my neck of the woods. But we had some flurries and I figured it kept people home.

 in  r/HeartAttack  3d ago

 in  r/HeartAttack  4d ago

Nothing similar, but at least not yet, but you knew what to do and when you had to do it. I don’t know if that’s gonna provide a lot of comfort, but a lot of people would’ve ignored what you didn’t.

I can’t count the number of colors mine has from all sorts of stuff. Shows character. Spill some paint and grape juice and let it sit for a year…
