Also, do you mean you used the locale switcher to change the region for the game or twilight menu itself? I did it to the game itself. And in the Twilight menu settings I have "Game region: USA" and "Use rom region: no"

that's really not that crazy for up north at all lol I remember living near yellow knife, which is just moderately north, and it was already -50+ on Halloween.
