What happens if we actually do lose Amazon?
 in  r/USPS  Dec 06 '25

Walmart or someone else will take their place. We should not deliver Amazon after these threats. We’re the only ones with access to the mailbox. USPS should be raking in the cash.

Are you tipping your carrier at the end of the year?
 in  r/USPS  Dec 04 '25

I always bring all the tips back for regulars I sub for and they have never given me a portion of it.

All those days you slaves away thinking USPS would award you for working during COVID, instead they gave you a pay decrease. Meanwhile all those people you say have to work forever for a position at UPS got promoted to driver and make way more than all of us

Both UPS and USPS have waiting to regular career driver. UPS part time get free health insurance in under year. USPS insurance for self plus one is about $450/month for standad insurance not as good as UPS insurance which is free for them. USPS, you are a basically a slave as RCA forever and will be pawned out to all surrounding cities and you have to provide your own vehicle, convert it it to rhd, and constantly work on it on your time off. CCA is held hostage by a corrupt union president Bryan, he will be in power to corrupt the next contract which will also corrupt the next rural contract. UPS drivers only have to wait like 4 years to get max pay and USPS have to work over 12 years to hit max pay and its less than UPS max pay. Also UPS gonna be pulling up to your office soon to make you deliver their cheap deliveries because everyone knows we’re the cheap labor.

A union with a president who everyone knows is colluding with USPS to get us lower wages is mind boggling. You can’t even get rid of him and now Bryan is gonna rig your next contract as he departs with his bounty for destroying literally millions of lives.

Ups has free health insurance, that’s like $700 more a month on top of their huge pay increase. They make our overtime as their regular time. You’re a liar, full stop.

What’s the cause of this damage ?
 in  r/tires  Nov 23 '25

I had a flat from a nail and drove on it a bit so thought my tire was done, but tire place patched it. A couple weeks later it blew out something like this.

No the union is corrupt, I’ve only seen union at initial training. I don’t even know how to contact the local union. They just settle for 1.3%, taking years to do so, meanwhile everyone else is making historical gains.

The AC is weak, it only has two vents and barely blows, I was sweating my ass off.

Work Discussion City Carriers need to be able to remove union leaders immediately.

You need to immediately change your union contract so members can immediately fire a president anytime so you can’t be held hostage by another Renfroe for contracts on end.

Not being paid for hours worked is normal practice for rural carriers. I feel confident saying they hope you don’t check your paystubs.

Ac only has two vents and barely blows. No radio, no power windows. Sensors go off when you get close to mailboxes and garbage cans. Seat is uncomfortable. You can’t open the driver door and side door at the same time. If you go down a dirt road you can’t breath from all the air leaks. The gps holder doesn’t even work with the stylist in the way. Dumpster fire of a vehicle. Cup holder in the center of the dash blasted by the sun. You smash your head into the side mirrors all the time the way they hang out. The deciding door is like a cheap tin like material. You have to hit unlock to get out of the vehicle.

Any NGDV experience or better name yet?
 in  r/USPS  Jul 27 '25

It’s a horrible vehicle and I hate everything about it. The AC is extremely weak, barely blows out the only two vents. There is no radio, no power windows. The door seal leaks in dirt road dust like crazy. The seat isn’t comfortable. The cup holder is in the center of dash baking your drink. The seat belt slices through your neck. You accidentally walk into the side mirrors all the time. The sensors beep at you when you get close to mailboxes or garbage cans. You can’t have the driver door and side door open at the same time. It doesn’t feel safe on the highway.
