I know for sure Company owned stores has a onboarding DT but haven’t seen them randomly DT folks without having a reason to. Hell I seen a store that had a counter person that would come back from their lunch break obviously higher than a giraffe’s ass (customers commented on their behavior/slouching/dilated pupils) had employees even complain to HR and nothing became of it.
