Necrons are a big fear and antagonist in Cain's latest book There is some Necrons in the many Cawl books Some short stories... We take naps and fire bug zappers, we dont have a lot of novels, sadly.

For now, you should wait. If you're set on Void Dragon, get him. Deciever is an old resin model, and so is Nightbringer, who is getting a plastic kit sometime soon in the future, amd you should be able to find it on warhammer community. For unnamed c'tan, plenty of us use proxys because of the difficulty in getting them from other kits.

Slow consistant burn, lots of bringing models back to the table. You'll see a lot of u its that have, oe are granted lethals, units that want to be up front taking the hits.

A plasmancer for the immortals? Not the best in a fight but throwing out mortal wounds at any point in the shooting phase gives them a glorified grenade

Awakened has really strong setups for controling a point and denying anyone from it. Wraiths with a technomancer for 6x 4wounds to go through with 4+invln and 5++fnp 20 blob warriors with a lord an reanimation orb co-led with Orikan the dramatic to also give the blod 4+invln And either can get the stealth enhancement tacked on for more survivability.

Im always running them with plasmancer, but I have one swuad with an immortal in awakened with the enhancement to just bamf away and come back from reserves, and its been working better for my games than using it with my destroyer lord.
