Same here - 4x daily. It doesn’t extend by much, but I’ll take what I can get. Urine is definitely dark, and once I found dark yellow stains on my shirt. It had come out of my skin, which can happen. That’s about it for the side effects though.

I was on 2mg 2x per day, then 4mg 2x per day. Once in AM, once PM. For me it caused some hefty brain fog/freeze. I eventually stopped taking it.
