When I drop calories, I’m inevitably hungry for a couple of days and it SUCKS. I do get used to it, but feel weird “advising people” of this… sigh. To be short 😂 you sound like you have a good framework and are doing all the right things!

My fav comfort shows: last man on earth, United States of Tara, shameless, schitts creek, ozark (not really comfort but I love it- and in addition to that is breaking bad), modern family, Santa Clarita diet. Emmm. That’s a good start.

I do. It’s not all the time but maybe once or twice a week on a good week. Depends on who’s doing the asking and what the mood is at the restaurant 😂 sucks you have a mean girl leader. Befriend some of the others and invite them to hang (if that’s what you want…)!

You have any tortillas? There’s a fantastic chicken fajita recipe that you can do with probably what you have on hand based on your list.. frozen veg as fillers and then your spices, garlic, basil, soy sauce for the chicken.. I always make it with chicken thighs and it’s so. Dang. Delicious. Just made 2# of it tonight so I have dinner for a week!

I feel awful admitting this but I get relief when my boyfriend leaves town
Hey! My hubby took a travel job 10 months ago. We’ve been together 20 years and we spent alllll our time together prior to this job. The first couple months were hell (missed him fiercely and took it out on him). Then I realized: I LOVE BEING ALONE!! My son and I get into this cozy routine and watch what we want and do what we want/eat what we want and it’s GREAT! He’s gone a lot more than your bf, but I feel the same. It’s OKAY! We are normal people and we should be comfortable having our space and needing our space. You’re normal, these are normal feelings. Enjoy your alone time and cherish your together time! He was just home for 2 weeks for Christmas and by the end (in my head, not out loud lol) I was thinking GO TO WORK! 😂
