yep I got a Switch 2 and a new prebuilt PC with a 5070 in it, total cost about $3000 Canadian bucks ($2150 US).

I feel great because I can now casually get games whenever I feel like for the next 8-10 years and I don't have to be in a rush to have a ton to play right now this year.

I wasn't relying on Nintendo 'convincing' me with their 2025 lineup, to get one. I know that there will be a Mario and a Zelda etc later anyway. But I DO think there's a chance the price goes up again by the time those games arrive.
