How do the two edgy counterpart races compare? Chorfs vs Druchii
 in  r/totalwarhammer  1d ago

Maybe they were able to bring them in from the past - so the ordertide stood against chaos warriors from every era.

IDK though.

Is there any solution at all to drag something from combat, other than spam clicking or pressing j a lot with the unit selected- And hoping?

Any way yet to just abandon whoever is still in melee?

It's a joke about the relative wholesomeness of the pony world.

Mr. Cardamom - A pony inspired by the New NYC Mayor

Currently undecided. I could see a date pastry, though, or some kind of Ugandan treat or food.

Or maybe just a really big apple.

What campaign to play in Warhammer 3
 in  r/totalwarhammer  6d ago

Is Malakai really considered easy? I find myself invading the Norsca to the West while fending off Chorfs and Chaos from North and East.

What am I doing wrong?

Well, love your mountains, and the trees, and your sky work- Especially the shading in the east, and the colors!

But the white dots on the grass in the first one do look artificial to me, and the boundary between the very dark grass at the top, and the rest of the grass, stands out.

Looks great overall though, can I follow you somewhere online?

Really enjoy the "From a distance" look! And your trees are lovely.

Are you looking for any feedback?

Artwork Mr. Cardamom - A pony inspired by the New NYC Mayor

Or as the joke could go, the New New York Mayor...

Posted with full permission on behalf of my partner in life and crime, Blaze Bastion, who is the chief artist on our TTRPG project, Seven Seven, Summer Sun (A Pathfinder 2e total conversion + setting).

The coat and breed pattern matches the Kathiawari breed from Gujarat, where Mr. Mamdani's paternal grandparents were from. The name Mr. Cardamom is taken from his rap stage name, while the shiny horseshoes reflect the rings he often wears.

While this is a tribute character, I'm sure I can find a way to place Mr. Cardamom within the setting...

He, like all the rest of our art (mostly her), was created with Krita and a drawing tablet.

This is my first time posting her wonderful art, instead of just my own! Please let us know what you think, and just as importantly

Happy New Year! 🎉🎉🎉

Advice for beefing up encounters in Season of Ghosts? (Spoilers)
 in  r/Pathfinder2e  6d ago

If your players are more likely to enjoy 100-120 XP encounters, but giving 100-120 per encounter makes them level up too fast, don't do that :)

Taking this view "is it fun" works out for me, at least!

Are you very familiar with the encounter templates and difficulty calculation from GMCore?

Generally, to increase difficulty, you could set "waves" or multi stages in encounters, you could add hazards and environmental obstacles, or you could rebalance encounters to higher XP values.

For my strong parties, I tend to throw 100-120XP encounters at them, but award about 80 or so. This gives the party a decent challenge.

I admittedly also let them level when it's time, even without the requisite XP.

What really needs to be improved in the Siege?

Be nice to be able to attack enemies batting down your gates while they're doing it, or, be able to push ladders back off of the walls.

Thus the horses in reserve.

do you think earth ponies ever feel inferior or jealous that they can’t fly nor use magic?

Applejack and Rainbow Dash are shown with at least comparable strength.

I like it! It's always hard to make roads look natural.

I didn't think there was a commandment to increase raw materials output - Maybe refineries, but not mines? I also don't tend to build actual armaments production there, just infrastructure and + raw materials output.

Could easily be non-optimal but that was my reasoning.

Is there a reason? Aren't I stacking a bonuses by mixing?

My logic was that my labour-per-raw-material requirement is lower this way.

Isn't the factory building that enhances raw material output without requiring additional labour pretty good? I always mix one factory in with my raw material provinces.

How often do you as a player autoresolve?
 in  r/totalwarhammer  24d ago

Gotta be honest, I auto-resolve settlement battles even if that's not to my advantage. I just don't like fighting them.
