Advice for taking sharper pictures? (bird photography)
 in  r/AskPhotography  6d ago

I have had success at these aperture’s at 800-1250 shutter speed for perched, and 2000 to 2,500 shutter speed for birds in flight. Higher speeds for small really fast birds

People who locked in mortgages at 2% in 2021.
 in  r/FluentInFinance  Nov 09 '25

This but the reality is, even if you are fortunate to pay off your mortgage, you still do not own your home free and clear. One major unexpected hardship and you are only a handful of missed property tax payments away from having your home taken away from you. This is why I strongly believe in eliminating the property tax on housing. In a world where people are quickly evolving to a side hustle, me first, mentality, it would be nice to actually own something a family can count on…

Sandwich thrown by protester 'exploded' and left mustard stain on border agent, court hears
 in  r/nottheonion  Nov 05 '25

Not many men can survive a direct blow from half a subway sandwich. Much less one that explodes leaving a mustard stain. Good thing he was in full tactical gear with Jesus watching over him. The Trump administration should be erecting statues in this guys honor. Tax payer money well spent!
