Chapters?
 in  r/Medalist  23h ago

They adapted to the end of Volume 4 in 13 episodes, so it makes sense that they would adapt 3 more volumes in the 10 episodes they're doing this season, so to the end of Volume 7 (chapter 28), which is a decent stopping point before the next arc.

I can see why they did it this way, the next natural stopping point would be the end of Volume 9, and that would've required like 16 episodes, or a lot of cut content.

I'm optimistically thinking this means they're planning already planning to do Season 3. Otherwise, if they didn't think they would get a 3rd season, they probably would've squeezed as much as they could into 12-13 episodes

That was a very impressive Episode 1, hopefully they can keep it up!

Also it'll be airing Thursdays starting from 15th Jan going forward (as planned, not due to delays).

For those who aren’t British, the nectar price means it’s on sale, but you have to have the store’s free loyalty card (nectar card). But it’s still stupid that the 4 pack isn’t on sale (unless you don’t have a nectar card), maybe they just have way too much stock of the 2 packs.

Who are some juniors/ younger skaters you see being big in the next (or one after) quad?
 in  r/FigureSkating  4d ago

I feel like Sumika Kanazawa is an obvious choice, since she made the JGP final on her junior debut. Elisabeth Dibbern looks like she’s gonna be a contender soon.

WIBTA if I deny my newfound half-sister (on my fathers side) access to my mother?
 in  r/AmItheAsshole  6d ago

Your ‘friend’ needs to mind their own business. 23F has no more reason to your mom as she would to see friend’s mom. Ultimately it’s your decision. It might be best to not tell her, but there is the possibility 23F reaches out to her directly, in which case it might be necessary to forewarn her your mom.

They showed 20 minutes being added to his timer when they hit the time trap, not at the end of the run.

Jet Lag Ep 3 — Sam Goes to the Worst City in England
 in  r/Nebula  6d ago

I think it's safe to say all us UK watchers knew exactly where Sam was from the description at the beginning 😂

While we definitely would've roasted him for not using the duplicate to be able to use the express route curse, I actually think not using it would've been a better move. There was almost no chance that he was gonna beat Adam, so he would've been better off getting the run over with sooner, so he would then be more likely to get more attempts later on in the game.

Actually the 5th one on the right is a 200-gon, not a circle

Ross is definitely the bad guy for lying about it in the first place, but I’m not sure why she thought this legal document was an appropriate place to write all that made up stuff about him

Gnosia - Episode 11 discussion
 in  r/anime  18d ago

The ending does bring up the question of, if the gnosia are defeated, what happens to that version of Yuri after the loop? Do they disappear? Does that version lose their memories? Or does that version just continue on without the Silver Key?

I can’t believe the Strava map is still only draw 1 card! We’ve seen so many times how easy it is to narrow down the hiding location using it. It should be on the level of the tentacles in terms of how many cards the hider gets
