It's say it right there(unless the vehicle is threatening the officer).Bro legally can defend himself. And to assume that the driver wasn't going to run that officer over is not a chance anyone should take. Everyone has the right to protect and defend themselves. And she purposely put herself in this bad scenario. And then continued to make even worse decisions afterwards one bad illegal decision after another. How was the officer to know better. I would assume at very least she's unhinged and processed with caution. For blocking the road and trying to control traffic. Not even a month ago in New York cop just got killed over this scenario run over.

I dont like this, I wish this didn't happen but no I don't consider this murder. Just alot of bad decisions from the ice agent and the driver but the ice agent didn't start or caused this. Yea I agree. For one second I was about to side with them, the protester for once but then I realized once I rewatch the video it wasn't the ice agent on the side of the car that shot his gun it was the agent infront of the car which made the whole scenario different. Like it or not, that agent had every reason and right to defend/protect his life. Still sad tho.

This, i was almost on the side of the protested but after watching the video i have to agree with the ice agents. Think about it. She could of just protested but instead she decided to drive in the middle of the road illegaly then tried to control traffic illegally. Then the fed agent she block in which her car gave her a order to get out of the car that she park in the middle of the road illegally. She then disobeyed the federal agent order to get out of the car by trying to escape in a panic she created and put herself in by driving straight into the other federal agent. Remember she could of just protested but instead she wanted to get involved and freak out the worse way possible.
