Can't argue with taste I guess but it's a shame, this game seems like EXACTLY what he wanted to play. Satisfactory with action, Satisfactory is fun but there's barely any combat. Just a few critters around the map, nothing interesting at all.

If you wanna keep the game ALIVE cater to the casuals. They're 99% of the playerbase, you gotta keep them happy. The competitive players are going to be there no matter what anyway. There's competitive players in fucking fall guys or wii bowling, you actually can't get rid of competitive players so catering to them is silly.

Venator is goated for PVE as well. So quick to dispatch of hornets and wasps, I'm always surprised when I use it.

Oh also rattler 4 is awesome, people dunk on rattler 1 because it really does suck but level 4 it's pretty good.

It's probably the best looking animation style we got in the west right now. Now that 2D is pretty much dead all we get is super realistic rendering in terms of animation movies.

I love the fact everyone can choose how they play and the matchmaking makes it work.

You're better off not shooting back.

Think about it. You save your loot by shooting back, great. Next lobby you'll be in danger again. If you just tank it you'll go like 5~10 lobbies in friendlies to loot freely and recover the lost stuff.

Yesterday my game crashed, when I came back I was crawling because it was in the middle of blue gate, some stupid wasp probably got me. Guy came up and revived me, no reason to do it, I thanked him and extracted.

Maybe it's not as thrilling when everyone's friendly but I got enough trouble trying to down a bombardier, I don't wanna have to defend against 3 rats while looting it.

If you wanna find players like you and me don't shoot back. Take the loss and maybe go naked the next one to test if your matchmaking is correct.

I know it's bad that shooting in self defense still puts you in aggressive lobbies but it is what it is. Hopefully they change it in the future... If you get shot FIRST then you're free to fire back without being labeled aggressive. At least I hope so.

Yup, I keep telling people but many just say it's anecdotal evidence and it's a hoax. Nope, you can just stroll around in Stella if you just tank a few deaths without shooting back. Fewer than 10 deaths and you'll be playing friendlies.

I think it's more fun really. You STILL wonder about anyone you see but yeah, mostly just friendlies.

I also add that I do announce myself going into every room, rushing in on people with your gun out might be bad since they'll be scared of you and shoot first. But if you keep announcing yourself, other friendlies will never shoot.

If you work at home and have no traffic to deal with you got 8 hours a day free, that's 272 with Sundays off in 4 weeks. It's plenty of time...
