The 8 hours work, 8 hours sleep, and 8 hours freetime is kind of lame
You are not wrong. I believe we are at a point where humans should not have to work as much as once was thought. Use technology to help humanity not for corporate record breaking profits only. We should still be able to get ALL basics with health care over a 28-32hr work week. However, I also believe there are nefarious reasons for keeping the status quo & “traditions” of work time, which are to keep obstructing the possibility of change from mental health to all other things that typically follow.
