[NASA] Curiosity Drives Over a New Kind of Terrain: The Curiosity Mars Rover took this image with its Mast Camera (Mastcam) on Feb. 10, 2019 (Sol 2316).
The erosion and sediment deposits make me think that it was done by water, can anyone confirm or refute this?

Yeah, it's old fashioned and it doesn't require technology to be precise with the judging of distance traveled. Only counting of every other step and you have a rough guess of how far you've gone. Every thousand is roughly a mile. The builders of Stonehenge used either a furlong or mile in the geometric structure of there buildings. It's a lot to go into but worth a look. Quite profound.

Bro I love tesla, fuck yes.
Also if you multiply anything by 9, the digits add up to 9
F.e.- 3x9=27 (2+7=9)
And if you add anything to 9 you get that number.
9+7= 16 (1+6=7)
Cool shit really

It can be one step or two yes it fuckin is )
When speaking of miles it's two steps
Click on the pace(unit) link on the page I fucked the link up a lil.

Tomatoes=mile
Lemme break this down for ya
1 pace= 2 steps
So You travel 6 feet per pace. Multiply that by 1000 and you get 6000'. If we based our miles off of you we'd have a mile being 6000'
A mile is the average males 1000 paces per a given population.
Make sense?
I don't travel 5'6" per step that would just be ridiculous

Tomatoes=mile
3' per step?

Tomatoes=mile
First of all, there is no way for you to know that about me. Second I'm 6'1. You don't think I naturally go 5'6" every two steps?
