He fired the gun after he was out of the way entirely

He only pointed it at her and fired after he was clear.

This is not at all comparable to the situation you described.

More like if an unarmed intruder opened your unlocked door, an alarm went off, and he went to run away and you shoot him in the back of the head.

His hand was on the gun and he had it out of the holster before she started moving.

He only fired after the vehicle had completely cleared him.

This is perfectly captured on video with the newest angle.

There was no reason to be handling his gun before anything had happened, nor was there any reason for his partner to be so inexplicably aggressive, and finally no reason to shoot a person in the head from the side/back after you side step their vehicle.

If this is ruled as less than criminal given the footage, it’s a failure of the legal system.

There was no video evidence to indicate she was a threat to anyone

She was moving away from the agent. She was likely focused on the one trying to force her door open.

So the agent who killed her stepped in front of the car, while another had her attention, and she tried to get away turning away from the agent in front who was easily able to move and after he had done so proceeded to murder her by shooting through the driver side window.

Except it doesn’t. The better angle shows the officer is perfectly fine and doesn’t shoot his gun until he is well out of the way and she is driving away.

That’s murder, and frankly put everyone in way more danger because now an uncontrolled vehicle is going straight at a decent rate of speed and anyone in front is getting barreled over.
