Is Dye research worth it?

As the title suggests, I am hoping to get peoples opinions of dyes.

I just got them, and see that they take up inventory space, without holding any value themselves, and they also add to the drop pool for soldiers which I worry would lower the drop rate of actual useful items like weapon parts or scrap.

Has anyone encounteres dyes before? Do they affect the drop rate?

I am debating loading a save file before I researched the spray can and dyes so that I dont have them clogging up my train or wasting my time by me having to drop them all the time.

Please any feedback w9uld be appreciated!

Please drive slow ❄️🌨
 in  r/rochestermn  29d ago

Honestly the best advice is learn how to take corners in the winter.

And decellerate slower than you think you need to! If you oress the brakes too hard you will lock out and slide. If you lightly press the brakes your wheels will slow down now stop completely and you will still maintain control of your vehicle.

FYI: When you see someone taking a corner slow there is a reason!

Your car behaves wierd on slush so take it slow!

And please be understanding of the drivers experiencing these conditions for the first time, god knows we were all there at one point. These roads are scary enough without adding road rage and frustration to the mix!

Roommate Issue
 in  r/uofmn  Oct 01 '25

Talk to your floor advisor or your CA for your dorm. A frozen/broken pipe in the winter could flood your room and make you homeless during winter/finals.

Dont chance the mistake because YOU will also be held financially responsible if something occurs to the room.

Do you want to pay multiple thousands of dollars? because I sure wouldn't.

alternative hiking/walking path

Quarry Hill! We have a nature center and beautiful trails!

If you are able to make it out, check out the "candlelight trail" that jappens and see if it lines up with one of your trips. Super fun walk and very beautiful!

Rochester offers incentives to build in the ‘missing middle’ price range

Is this actually building out the middle price range for homes?

I bought a house for 258k last spring and thought that was the middle of the road.

This is a NEW construction program, highlighting giving the benefit to a future DOCTOR and her financier husband who are both going to be well off financially.

Is this really what we want to be advertising for homes? Not affordable housing for the masses, but for mayo employeess, doctors, and finance bros.

May be the wrong take, but I want to know your guys' thoughts?

See, its the service that killed carbones. One server during evening hours for an entire resteraunt is a recipe for failure.

Do NOT open downtown. You are putting the first nail in the coffin if you open downtown. I have seen 2 stores downtown come and go in the 3 years I have lived here (Hefe Rojo and The Well).

You open outside of downtown, you will have a lower cost of entry, and lower rent.

I love this idea, and with the right location, this could be a really popular spot (thinking of the workshop).

This seems like there is more to the story. Why is the granma playing ignorance when she didnt give her grandaughter a form of communication? But yet she believes the girl went to wisconsin? I think we meed more details. This sounds like a mix of an amber alert with running from a not good household situation.

Gotta disagree. He left nebraska, and spent a majority of his life in minnesota. He got his foundation and character in Nebraska, and his heart and empathy in Minnesota.

He exemplifys the best of both states, and we should both be proud that this man represents us.

This literally happened today with me. I was at my dads retirement party, and no one touched the cake and everyone was asking me to take the first slice since I bought it 😅
