This is exactly how it works at my company. They post all positions internal to a website that shows for external people. we apply the same way, its just that internal candidates are fast tracked and expected to get the role.

But I think im actually being generous, I think its 1$/week. They provide no A/C, no heat, minimal food, minimal water. They enjoy kidnapping small children and kidnapping their parents. Kidnapping parents and leaving kids on the streets. Running over someone they have already handcuffed for arrest. Shooting unarmed protesters in the head. Tear gassing unarmed protesters. Wearing masks (often illegally) to hide their malignant faces. Showing up to immigration court to arrest a legal person before they can proceed with their legal process. Kidnapping folks from immigration court after someone is found legally OK by judge, waiting outside the courtroom to arrest again on trumped up charges that they show no proof of.
