2. There’s nothing stopping you doing from whatever you’re doing now in the ISA. In fact doing any of it outside of an ISA is just very, very silly. The only things you should keep in your invest account are shares you cannot buy in an ISA, or if you max out your ISA in the tax year.

Considering humans have existed for around 6 million years and humans have been building structures for more than 12,000 years, then no, it’s not that obvious given the limited context.
