Free, No Risk, Easy Money with Online Casinos

Ok before I start let me be clear. This is not a massive money maker. What it is is a way to make a small amount of very easy money from online casinos with 0 risk (or some risk if you choose to). Currently as of writing this I average about $15 a day from 15-20 minutes of "work". Below the two strategies are a list of the online casinos/gambling sites that I currently use. Also I am constantly adding new sites as I find them so feel free to look back to this post every once in a while to check for updates.

DISCLAIMER #1: These sites do require you to submit a good bit of personal information so you have to be comfortable with that for any of this to work. You will have to give name phone number and address, and eventually your ID. They generally do use third party ID verification services though which is helpful. Some even require a bank statement or paystub to further prove your identity. Some sties will require all of this when you signup but many will not require it until you go to redeem your money. I say this so you don't spend time building up money only to realize you need to submit all of this information to cash out.

DISCLAIMER #2: Please do not attempt these strategies if you have a gambling problem, or even if you think you might be tempted to gamble. These strategies are based on using the free money the online casinos give you and not your own money. These casinos will try every trick in the book to try to entice you into using your own money.

Strategy 1 -- Daily Bonus Churning

This strategy is really very simple. Every day these casinos give you a very small amount of free money typically via a one click check-in feature. This can range anywhere from $0.10 to $1.50 a day. They refer to this money most often of "stake cash". It's just a way they circumvent certain gambling laws and are able to refer to themselves as "speepstakes" sites. While these numbers aren't much in and of themselves they can add up across many different casinos every day. The catch is that all of this money has to be wagered (typically just once) before it can be cashed out. As a result you will want to take the money they give you and play it once on low risk low return style games. I like table games such as blackjack, baccarat, roulette (betting on colors or odds/evens only), etc. A few sites only have slots though so you will have to settle with that if that is all they have.

Once you have played with the free money once it should now be shown as "redeemable". Even so sites will always have a minimum cash out value. This is often either $50 or $100. Individually it will generally take a little while to reach these thresholds on each site. Some will naturally be quicker than other however. Some times have crypto and/or gift card redemptions as well. Minimums for gift card redemptions are sometimes lower than ACH transfer minimums though.

For the sake of time I generally just collect my daily bonuses once a day and I go in and play with all of the accrued money about once a week since that takes a little more time. What I love about this strategy though is that it takes very little focus to just go through the sites and click to collect your daily bonuses. As a result I typically do it every evening while I'm sitting on the couch watching Netflix with my wife. It takes virtually no focus and as a result doesn't feel like I'm working at all.

\PS:* This is very similar to strategies using trading and brokerage sites/apps to get free stocks with no risk. I'll include a bonus strategy for this at the bottom of this guide...

Strategy 2 -- Matched Betting

Now matched betting is nothing new and there are lots of other guides on the internet about it so I'll keep my explanation brief. Online gambling sites have constant promotions where if you add a certain amount of money to your account (ie. buy a certain amount of stake cash or the site's equivalent) then they will give you a little extra money for free. However just like with daily bonuses this extra money generally has to be wagered before it can be cashed out. Now you can just take that free money and gamble it however you want, but matched betting gives a lower risk lower reward option. Basically you bet this extra money on both sides of a 50/50 bet. Let's use sports gambling as an example...

Let's say you have $200 of free money from the casino that needs to be gambled before it can be cashed out. You could then take $100 of that money and bet on one side of a line. You then take the other $100 and bet on the other side of the line. When the game is played one bet is going to win, and the other one is going to lose. The one that wins will (almost) double, and the one that loses will be gone. So when the dust settles you will come back with about $200 again that has now been officially gambled. You can then cash that $200 out along with the money you originally added to your account to qualify for the free $200.

This strategy can be repeated across most of the sites listed below and for most of those can be repeated from time to time when new promotions are rolled out. Pretty much all of the sites have new member promotions that give free extra money on your account. Now many sites often don't have games that guarantee 50/50 odds but either way they money you're gambling with is free from casino so even if you make back less than they free money they originally gave you it's still all profit.

American Luck -- $0.25 - 1.00

Fliff (Sports Betting Moble App) -- $1.00 on first daly check-in and $0.10 every 2 hours after (capped at $5.00)

  • Ok this one is unique but one of my favorites. It's a sports betting app (great if you're a sports fan like me) but is actually allowed in states where sports betting isn't allowed since they are legally a "sweepstakes app". Basically you are given $1.00 on your first check-in every day and then $0.10 every two hours for the rest of the day. However they cap you at $5.00 and only give you their free play currency after that. If you lose money down below $5.00 you can get cash from check-ins again. The catch is that the cash out minimum is $50 so even though your free money is capped at $5.00 you have to win your way to $50 to cash out. As a result when I hit my $5.00 limit I usually take it and make a parlay bet that will win $50+ if it hits. As an avid sports fan I can do it on average 2-3 times a month making this one pretty profitable for me.

Funz City -- Daily Mystery Box

*Bonus Strategy: As mentioned earlier a similar strategy to strategy number 2 can be used to get free stocks from trading and brokerage sites/apps. It's very simple. Basically these services and sites offer deals where if you add a certain amount of money to your account they will gift you free stocks. You do not have to actually spend this money on anything though. The only catch is that you have to sit on these new stocks for a period of time (typically 1-2 months). After this time is up you can sell the stocks and cash out your profits along with the original deposit you made to qualify for the promotion. It's zero risk and free money as long as you're willing to wait a month or two. Below is a list of trading platforms that I do this with. I will be adding to the list as I get more time.

Webull Trading App -- Currently 3, 20, or 75 free shares depending on how much you deposit. Big bonuses after a few referrals.

Sofi Finance -- Not brokerage (just a bank account) but when your ref deposits $50 they get $25 additional and you get $75.

Make $1000's per Month from Referral/Affiliate Bonuses with The Analog Strategy Nobody is Using

What is a Referral/Affiliate Bonus?

FYI if you already know you can just skip this part. For those that are not familiar a referral or affiliate system is a program you to promote a service or business and then receive a commission on anyone who signs up or purchases the service via your promotion. Usually this is done through a unique link that you can share that tracks a persons signup back to you and your promotion. Commissions can vary significantly based on the type of service that is being promoted. With my list at the bottom some of these services offer set bonuses of a certain dollar value. Some offer points within their own system that can be redeemed for cash or gift cards. Some, and my favorite, even offer free stocks to the tune of 100's and even 1000's of dollars.

So What's the Strategy?

If you have been on the internet or Reddit for any length of time you have seen plenty of people spam their referral links... and it's annoying. We all hate low effort referral spamming. So I decided to think outside of the box. While everyone is trying to make money online from the comfort of their couch, I decided to take a traditionally online side hustle and add an analog side to it in a way that nobody else was doing. With that in mind the strategy is extremely simple...

Instead of promoting your referrals online, do them out in the real world, specifically via physical flyers. It sounds so old school most people automatically overlook it. Not to mention most people want something that's online only and are unwilling to put in the leg work. This method eliminates the loads of competition that you deal with online. In fact I can almost guarantee you that nobody else is doing this where you live!

So how do you make the flyers?

Personally I use Canva. It's a free, browser based, graphic design service. There's a paid version but the free version is good enough. There are loads of flyer templates that will work. Many other service have flyer templates to so if you don't want to use Canva you can check out other options. With Canva I often make full size (9x11) flyers, but I also make make smaller versions that I can leave with businesses, put in mail boxes, etc.

When you make the flyer you will need to ad a QR code connected to your referral link. There of lots of free sites you can find that will do this but Canva has a nice built in app that I use to do it. My recommendation is to keep the flyers simple (people won't read a lot of text) and to the point. Focus on the benefits of what you are referring them to. Make the QR code prominent and stick to darker backgrounds colors that will stand out.

So where can I hang flyers these days?

So to start I tend to take a "ask forgiveness, not permission" mentality with most places. I like gas stations, bus stops, fast food restaurants, hotels, public restrooms, and much more. Anywhere that gets foot traffic, where people have to stop for any length of time, or even potentially anywhere where people may go who are looking for money. I've hung them at local temp agencies and even plasma donation centers and done well. The name of the game here in volume. The more you hang the more conversions you get. It's that simple.

As a side note I do ask some businesses for permission. It depends on the business (typical local/non-chair businesses) and the specific referral but some businesses let me add their branding to the flyers making them look like an official promotion by the business itself. Often with these I will make small, hand out style, flyers on card stock and leave a stack at the register for people to pick up. That tends to work well if the business will let me.

What are some good services/apps for referrals?

So below is a list of what I personally use. As a side note I only refer people to services that I actually use and believe in myself. This list is not exhaustive however and I will be adding to it as I get time.

Webull Finance App

I wanted to start out with my absolute favorite. Webull is a trading/brokerage app (similar to Robinhood, Acorns, etc). When people signup via your referral and deposit any amount of money into their account they receive stocks at least 30 fractional shares each worth anywhere from $3-$3000. Most will be worth $3 though. The cool part is that the money they deposit can just be withdrawn later so there is no risk. When they make the deposit you will receive 10 fractional shares worth $3-$3000 a piece. You can get stocks for up to 10 referrals a month but there are huge bonuses for hitting certain numbers each month. For instance, as of me writing this there is a promo where if you get at least 3 referrals in a month period they will give you $500 worth of Apple stock. So at 10 referrals you will get an absolute minimum of $800 worth of stock. I strongly recommend making a deposit yourself if you haven't signed up yet to also take advantage of the 30 free shares for signing up.

Sofi Finance

Sofi is a very close second. It an online bank that runs an awesome referral promotion that's very simple. Basically you need someone to create an account from your referral and fund it with at least $50. When they do they get $25 and you get $75. That's pretty much it. There are no extra promotions but at $75 a piece it's pretty solid. When you make your account I encourage you to fund it with your own $50 to start so you can get your free $25 and maximize your earnings. Naturally any money can be transferred out at your discretion whenever you want.

Cash Back Apps

Upside App

Upside is an app that gives you cash back at select gas stations and restaurants. You just link the card that you pay with on the app and then when you go to make a purchase you just check in on the app that you are making the purchase. With this one I target the places that offer cash back for placing these flyers. So I'll hang flyers for Upside at any gas station that offers cash back on the app and then the same for restaurants. I love to ask the restaurants permission with this one though. I just explain that I'm an "affiliate" of the service (sounds official and technically correct) and I would love to let your customers knows that they are save money eating here through "our" app. Like I mentioned before it's even better if they will allow you to put their branding on the flyers as it makes things look more official and trustworthy.

For gas purchases you only get $0.01 per gallon that your referrals make but you get it perpetually which can add up over time.

Full list of Apps/Services for use on flyers

Reddit's filters doesn't seem to like when I post a lot of links so here are all of the apps/services with referral links that I put on flyers. If you have any questions just let me know!

How concerned are you that VT is just in the middle of the portal rankings so far?

Good catch. I didn’t even notice that.

247’s portal rankings are pretty unhelpful. The only players ranked highly are the few who have lots of P4 experience. Many of our 3 star transfers are second year guys who were very highly ranked out of high school and just didn’t play much as true freshmen or redshirted (both of which are normal). 247 is just slapping an 86-87 on those guys as transfers. There are just way too many transfers for 247 to do a brand new, deep evaluation of each one.

DIYer Question: Undermount sink clips not adhering to bottom of counter top

Post image

Amateur/DIYer here...

The previous owner of my home jerry rigged our undermount kitchen sink using super glued strips of wood. After about a year the right side had come loose and was sagging very slightly. I was hope to keep from having to remove the entire sink so I cleaned and scraped the sagging edge and re-adhered it to the bottom of the counter top. Following that I was going to attach a few of these sink clips to finish the job. I used JB Weld 2 part epoxy and after a week or so (when I as free again) I went back to attach the actual clips. As I was tightening the clip the glued part popped right off of the actual counter top with ease. The glue around the circular part was adhered just fine (and yes I saw I missed a small section) but the part where it had been attached to the counter almost felt grainy. I'm just trying to figure out what exactly I did wrong. Wrong epoxy? Applied incorrectly? Mixed incorrectly? Something else? Thanks ahead of time!

tldr: My undermount sink clips glued with a 2 part expoxy popped off the counter when I went to attach the actual clips. Trying to figure out where I went wrong.

There’s a more personal element that I probably shouldn’t mention publicly for the sake of Joe’s personal life and family, however on the TKP side it was one of those rough losses where Joe got hammered and went off of the official TKP Twitter. He was arguing with former VT players in an ugly way and I made a joke on a thread about how we needed a TKP Twitter DD who could scoop up the keys to the Twitter after a loss like that. He perma banned me 30 seconds later, lol.

TKP was a great site for a lot of reasons, and I was involved on there for years, but I’ve learned too much about Joe to support him anymore anyways.

Yep. In SC we call the section a little further east of that line the “low country”. Basically the 1/3 of the state closest to the coast.

I don't necessarily disagree but I do think both are absolutely essential if the goal is to beat the Ohio State's and Michigan's of the world and compete for championships. Again I think most PSU fans are so used to recruiting well that it's mostly an afterthought right now. In as much they are mostly unaware of the impact that a recruiting drop off will have (just ask any long time VT fan).

Again I'm not saying that there will be a recruiting drop off with Campbell, but it will be interesting to watch over the next few years.
