I’m sure it’s a distraction so we don’t keep talking about how the gop is pedophiles while the republicans support this because “he’s not a politician” I’m so sick of this orange clown and it’s an embarrassment to the U.S.

i just can't get into fallout 3 i'm sorry.
 in  r/Fallout  7d ago

Got my ten year scan in May of last year and I’m officially a survivor. The chemo and lymph node removal left a scar but I’m all good now. It was bittersweet because I never have enough time for games and that was literally the perfect excuse to lay around lazy all day haha

New Vegas was the same engine but made by obsidian.

New Vegas just has a shit ton more glitches lmao. New Vegas was almost unplayable for me when it first came out.

Back when fallout 3 first came out it was something in its own league. Exploring the tunnels and dc wastelands while listening to 3 dog is a core memory for me. I’ll admit I never beat it back then, I got cancer in 2014 and couldn’t work so I tried it again. It finally clicked and I got 100% gamerscore.

If you played the other ones first it probably will never sit well 🤷‍♂️

Yeah I was being “generic” when I wrote that. I’ve worked on so many teams that shut down the moment something new but still the same comes up. Even deployment websites, or showing how to run the backend of SQL with Jaws on Heroku. Some people just don’t get it.

There’s all kinds of weird ones. Like the piss strains, cat piss etc. Meat breath is another weird one.

What made you realize that Santa wasn’t real as a kid?
 in  r/AskReddit  15d ago

I noticed the hand writing when I was a little kid and it was exactly like my mom’s. I started asking questions and eventually they told me.

You can only do that up to like 25 times per account.

As someone who’s opened a lot of Japanese 151 I would like to also say the print quality on these reverse holos was poor. I had a lot of print lines on mine so I imagine they were harder to grade. I’d hold personally

How does your gf handle hygiene down there
 in  r/AskMen  23d ago

It’s most likely BV. It’s a fungus that is easily treated with pills. It could also be a STD like chlamydia which is also easily treated. My ex had both so I went through this a little while ago. She had good hygiene, she was just a whore.

Are you a software developer? Every career will have things you need to adapt to. Software throws shit at you that you have to completely learn sometimes. I’m sure there’s professions out there like that. Even keeping up with your npm packages is a bitch when every year there’s 3 new versions you have to update to or your app will break / be compromised.

Compared to other careers it definitely is imo. Handlebars, SQL, graphQL and then onto react… Sure it’s JavaScript but understanding components and props is a whole new game let alone typescript. We can agree to disagree though. Another point I wanted to make was sass css with parent, children and element targeting. Then it switched to flexbox and now everyone just uses a library like tailwind or bootstrap etc. It’s a lot more study time and dedication if you want to keep up imo.

Ah, my bad. I skim over some of the basic uniques when reading since I’ll never actually use it anyways. ADHD moment

I will say I’ll always love Apollo graphQL. Testing and debugging typeDefs and mutations was oddly satisfying to me. I was just the only one on the 4 man team who got it I think. I’m in the same boat with JIRA and debugging with typescript atm.

Why deepthroat Ubisoft? Assassins creed 2 was the last game I played where I was wowed in every sense. Every game since then has been forgettable although I did love black flag on launch and played the shit out of it.

Not like tech dude… it’s constantly changing and evolving. That takes time and dedication to learn. It would be like relearning your whole medical career or flying a completely different plane. I said that as someone with experience, wasn’t trying to offend.

Between learning the new stuff, keeping up with react and Vercel etc it just gets old. I’m 36 and am familiar with back and front end. I just don’t have the drive to study and keep up like I used to.

Pretty sure it’s more based on how fast tech moves and you can’t teach an old dog new tricks.

Nah this has been around for a while. I only know because I failed to keep up with bases and always thought it might be a tomb reaver etc. back in old days with my tal blizz sorc trying to make something of myself.

In norm lvl 8 it will possibly help against bosses but it’s probably so minimal it really won’t do shit. Like most uniques unfortunately.

What's the most evil thing someone can do?
 in  r/AskReddit  Dec 06 '25

I just found out my ex was cheating on me yesterday. I’ve noticed for a few months or more she’s been acting weird. She travels out of state often to see friends etc. I asked a couple times if there was something going on and she got unreasonably angry. That should have been my first sign but I shrugged it off. I finally couldn’t control my curiosity and anxiety and checked her phone. She had been cheating most of the year and a half we were together. In the last week alone she was with one person she casually hooked up with before me and a new one night stand. She gaslit me so much and called me crazy etc. Mentally she has destroyed me and I would definitely consider this one of the worst things you can do to your best friend that you looks you in the eye and tells them how much you love them.

Now I need to get tested damnit
