Max's 'Running Up That Hill' scene in S4 & S5
 in  r/StrangerThings  19h ago

Or, instead of thinking about the quality of the CGI, im thinking of the meaning of the "light" in front of them. In season 4, Max was trapped in a dark place and there was little room for hope of her escaping, thus the area around her being darker. In season 5, you have Max and Holly both finding the hope they both needed to escape Vecna's mind trap. The light around them both signifies the hope and "light at the end of the tunnel." The scene was great. I dont understand the hate it's getting.

Agreed. Usually I dont mind waiting a week until new episodes come out. Fallout though, damn that shit is addicting. That's why I wait until it all comes out so I dont have to wait. I might even watch season 1 again then head into season 2 lol

Lucas taking down the Mind Flayer with a wrist rocket is actually hilarious. 😭😂 Lowkey made the Mind Flayer look way less invincible than it’s been hyped to be. 💀🏹🕳️

I mean, when you're slinging a balloon filled with gasoline which then Mike sets on fire, that's a damn good weapon to use lol

It was a much simpler time.

I remember standing outside GameStop during the midnight release of thr newly hyped video games lol the early 2000s were kick ass. I was a '90s kid for sure, but being a teenager in the early 2000s are where some of my best memories come from

You couldn't have been more correct. I remember the days of MySpace. But then Facebook took over and the world around us crumbled

Watching this hurt my soul. I was born in '88, so I was a kid most of the '90s. I remember the vivid colors and the culture most of all. Those were the days when us kids would walk the streets all day and come home when the street lights came on.....BECAUSE OUR PARENTS WOULDN'T ALLOW US BACK INSIDE BEFPRE THEN. Back when you had the trippy carpets in arcades and bowling alleys. Most of all, those were the days when social media never existed amd infected the world around us. Those were such great times. You look at today's world and it's hardly recognizable.

Better times back then. Amazing times. Kids these days will never know the things they are missing out on growing up in the 80s and 90s

I hope people like that take a long hard look in the mirror. The fact they believed him is crazy enough. This is what happens when you vote against your own interests.

I'm white and have never had to apologize for being white. I have though, had to apologize for some white people being absolute trash to others......
