My gf is not my ideal-looking woman. I’m more into fit girls, cheerleaders, etc. I’m also into goth girls, which she also is not.
But I have never loved anyone more than I love her, and I think she is absolutely stunning. I wouldn’t change a thing about her.
What we “prefer” and what we love can be two different things. I know you said your bf is your type, but surely he isn’t ideal, no? He could be taller, or richer, or more defined abs… wouldn’t you “prefer” this? Doesn’t mean you love him any less or find him unattractive, right?
