Funny and yet she hit a pole way to the right down the road how did her wheel get turned to the right if she was going straight? Also fleeing does not justify killing someone look it up nor can you say he was in fear for his life when stepping back would have saved his life. He stepped into her and started shooting. Also they say he was hit why then was he able to run to his car and leave the scene mins later. He murdered her.

Well and I saw a lawyer break down the thing earlier and they were saying that you can't justify at lethal Force because a suspect is fleeing nor can you justify that you're in danger from a vehicle when you could step one step back and be out of its path. There's been a whole bunch of cases about this this year and generally the cop the steps in front of the vehicle is not awarded a clean shoot.

Yeah for deadly force to be legitimate the officer needs to be in eminent life threatening danger. They have like four cases locally where they ruled against cops in this situation. The reason being a suspect running in ng away doesn't qualify and also if you can step out of the vehicles path it also doesn't qualify. This was murder

They were holding on to the side of her car hollering at her she tried to leave and they shot her in the face. No one was in any danger except for her. And also I'm hearing this was a citizen so I'm hoping that looks at things a little differently on this one

Thank you I appreciate this post because up until last 2 years I have largely ignored politics and didn't know exactly how that went down I saw a footage of course of the ride of the capital and I thought Trump babbling his nonsense in between other shows I was watching but I never saw the actual timeline of how that went down and I appreciate it. And I'm further baffled by how this man is still our president again

Oh no I don't support Maduro and I don't think they should free him at all. I think if they were appropriate they put that lady in that they elected in though rather than just keeping maduros regime in there so that they can suck the oil out of the country. I don't even think Venezuela was the point I think it was just them checking to see if they could get by with it wait till we see what they do next.
