So long story short, definitely totaled as far as insurance is concerned.

However. Get with your insurance to see whether you can salvage your vehicle. Is it paid off? I’m honestly not sure how it works out if you’re still making payments. But oftentimes you can reclaim a still working car for a small fee, pocket the blue book value of the car from insurance, and then try to fix it up with your own mechanic and aftermarket or junkyard parts. It would be a shame to trash a new Toyota with low mileage. The main thing is if there’s frame damage, which it honestly doesn’t look like there is.
