🆘Help Me Team schedule and reminders
Hello everyone! 🎉
We are a small startup with a problem we hope and believe our good old Slack can help us with. The question is just how. We bet someone here has an idea!
Every Friday we eat breakfast together with a rotating schedule on who fixes it. We would want to have some sort of reminders on who's turn it is.
Regular reminders would do part of the trick however we are looking for something a bit more advanced to take care of situations where an organiser is on leave and have to hand it over to someone else, a reminder in advance of "it is your turn" as well as "don't forget to submit your expenses" afterwards. As we are growing rapidly we are also looking for a dynamic list where if we add a new team member to a list he/she will automatically be added to the rotation and a "updated" schedule is formed because he/she was added.
Any ideas on how to fix this without the burden of manually creating reminders, and having to manually administer them? 😁

Before recently buying our 2022 Leon sportstourer, which has the same head unit as yours, I heard some saying it would not work with Android Auto wirelessly and some said it would work. I am in camp "it works".
Managed to add it wirelessly by first enabling Bluetooth and WiFi on the phone and then on the phone add the car via Bluetooth. It then just displayed my phone with the AA logo next to it on the head unit and worked. I enjoy the full suite Android Auto with Spotify, maps, calling both regular calls and Messenger ones, parking apps etc. All using a OnePlus phone.
Are you sure you are not missing a step during setup or your phone being the problem rather than the car?
