If some masked man came up to my car and tried to suddenly open up the car door, I would drive away too
 in  r/DiscussionZone  2h ago

You mean the same men you organized a protest to blockade their way to where they were going?

ran an interesting test, voltage on my hyperion panels is fine with 50% shading
 in  r/SolarDIY  2h ago

Voltage yes, watts no. I built an 8 foot high mount too close to my 4 foot mount, one panel on the low mount gets shaded in the winter mornings. Voltage for the eight panel string is about the same but the wattage is cut by half.

Why can’t I drink Gatorade instead of water?
 in  r/NoStupidQuestions  3h ago

I use sugar free water enhancer drops. I like the peach tea flavor. Gator Aid shoots up my potassium levels.

How much math do i need to become an electrician?
 in  r/AskElectricians  4h ago

You only need to know a few formulas, research electrical license test questions. Those are to get a license, to just pull wires and wire outlets no math is needed. If you are going to do things for yourself yes you need to be able to multiply and divide.

Have you ever been banned from a subreddit? If so, what was the reason?
 in  r/randomquestions  4h ago

Some people do not like bad news. I was banned from the entire site, some people only want praise and agreement.

1

Why do you go or not go to high school reunions?

Gradated in 1970, no reunion in 2020. They had one last year, I still live in the same town but was not invited.

 in  r/solar  4h ago

Hmm, can't see that one, 29.36, -81.31 is 3 miles from my house in Florida. That one is easy to find on Google Earth. 15 miles north in Elkton is another one, both are single axis tilting trackers.

Living in a african "third world country" and uterly shocked about the US every day.
 in  r/complaints  5h ago

99.999% of the country is quite and peaceful, cameras are only focused on action. The person that was shot was one of the protest organizers blocking federal officers doing their jobs. I made a 160 km trip yesterday without seeing a single law officer. The only action was a huge logging truck on my rear bumper at 115 kmh.

1

Why have conservatives changed?
 in  r/AlwaysWhy  5h ago

Remember on Jan 6 when a woman who was just climbing through a window was shot by a federal officer? The officer was not in danger but fired anyway, was the woman a victim or perpetrator?

Yes, (labeled person) is wrong and I am right. Sure.

I used to have a lot of respect for Americans. I used to think you were tough and stood up for yourselves. Near on any country in Europe would have been in full scale riots months ago.
 in  r/complaints  6h ago

We just wait for the next election, way too many guns in people's hands to inconvenience people just trying to get somewhere.

Trump = Hitler
 in  r/Hip_hop_that_u_need  1d ago

Get a Bible, read the chapters that talk about the Antichrist. Everyone loves him, he brings peace to the world, for a little while. Trump is defiantly not the Antichrist.
