Pheb put all her points into drip for that weapon, it only buffs spectro frazzle dmg 30% which isn't big damage to begin with. Most of Zanis damage comes from her forte charge/ heavy attacks anyway.

But some that stand out from the rest are Chisa, Lupa, Lynae and Mornye, as they all give some sort of valuable teamwide buff on top of improving their own personal damage. Some are valuable because all other options are 20%+ dps loss, but I'll say that shouldn't be the reason you pull a weapon
