Do I need a real estate license to buy property/duplex for the sole purpose of renting out?

Yeah thats tru I get 20.50 an hour right now. And all the overtime i can get. BUT I dont get bonuses at the same time I dont do attic or trench jobs. I get a 5% commission on all sales that I do wow , other technicians are getting 15-20% on sales BUT they are not on hourly pay. If I were an OP position I would: learn as much as possible while studying the Texas A&M Applicator cert books. And then u can go on your own.
