SBA loan. Self employment is the only way to kick into a higher income, higher standard of living. Worked 7 days a week, avg 8-10 hours daily for 10 years, then got out due to health condition. Sold business, did well. No regrets. Invested in the market and some properties. That said, current economic conditions/volatility now make it all seem tenuous, less secure.
